8. On contact, remove the make an appointment option.

9. Create a (see attached) A list of all our services and prices. You can list the prices for our services as well.

Billy called to discuss possibly moving forward. Budget was $2,000 but now open to increase more to get better quality work. have currently 5 offices opening 1 more: 3 in houston, 1 columbus, 1 brownsville & 1 Edinburgh.
Goal is to create 1 main site then duplicate for the others.
Big issue here is the hosting fee. He can host on his own for $20. Gave him the value of our service for $78/m and then $49/m. he feels $20 is what they can afford which I have tried many times to tell him the diff. Based on his affordability and how we are duplicating, I offered him to host on his own and if he wants $49/m with us we host but he manages it.
Overall, ok with the pricing and wants to work with us. stated he knows a lot of doctors so he can refer we do a great job and have our best designer working on this. He will sign the contract over the weekend cause he’s currently on a road trip

Called. Lm for Billy. He called me back 30 mins later. he had a site done by his accounting software but had a lot of issues. it is currently down right now. He has 4-6 locations and ideally he wants to have 1 per location vs all location on 1. Will be expanding more offices. Went over our Gold which is $4,000 + $78 and any additional ones to duplicate is $2,000 + $78. It was way out of his budget. He said site is just more informative than to get patients so he just needs it basic. I tried reducing it more but we got down to $1,000 + $78/m per location which was more feasible for him and he intended on doing 6 sites. He understands it will be a customizable template and asked if we he can sample it which he didnt mind paying. I offered him a trial but has to place order for 1st one. If he likes it then we can do for the rest. Sent him proposal to get started. very nice.
