Had a ph conf with Jenny regarding SEO. They retained their good ranking for Noblesville & Indianapolis which she did see that they are #2 and #1 respectively.

If your insurance benefits are assigned to this office you are fully responsible for any unpaid balance. Are you making the Dr’s pics on the homepage an active link?
We had no intention due to the button below the Dr’s pics, however this is a great idea and I will have my developers make these clickable buttons to go to their personal bio.

We were interested in having you add your videos to our site, will those be added?
Just to confirm, we are talking about the videos found here: (http://optimized360.com/patient-education-videos/)? If so, we can definitely do this for you. I can have Danny contact you regarding getting videos for your site.

Where will the appointment forms be de directed to?
Currently they are being directed to doctor@smilingkidspeds.com If you would like to change this, we can definitely do this. I believe you can also have up to 5 emails to be notified of contact form submissions. Dr. Bullard will have his own set as well, so you will be able to direct them appropriately.

We would like to be 100% complete and up and running with both sites by Aug 20th, what do we need to do to make this happen?
We still have to copy over Dr. Bullard’s site. Using Dr. Singh’s site as a guide, was there anything we need to adjust or keep in mind when copying over Dr. Bullard’s site? SEO and address is a given, but I am asking more about having both Doctors’ information there. Will we be using the same YAPI patient form?

We are prepared to go live with Dr. Singh’s site anytime you would like with your approval. Keep in mind we can always adjust/correct/add any information/pictures you may need to your pages after going Live, much like your three requests above. Additionally, it can take up to 7 days to transfer a domain, so we should ideally shoot for Aug. 13. There are ways to make your site live while transferring your domain, but I’d like to give us some buffer space.

At what point do we receive email hosting through Optimized?
As soon as you transfer the domains over to us we can setup your email. If you actively use your domain’s email currently, we will need to coordinate with you on backing your email inbox locally to your computer before starting the transfer.

Do you have any companies you recommend to photograph a 360 office tour?
We recommend smartshoot.com for this.

The Testimonial section on the home page should be a slider with 3-5 testimonials, please fix.

Please adjust “Request An Appointment” section on the top-right corner, at certain widths, it overlaps the menu to the top-left. I have provided a screenshot for reference.

Please create a page where all posts categorized as “Blog” will be listed on. The featured image of each post should be displayed to the left. The page should also have a right sidebar consisting of a search bar and the list of categories.

I received your notes “The only item I have additional feedback on is our tagline was changed, it should read “A Lifetime of Smiles Begin Right Here”.”

I have the updated design attached. If we like the overall style/layout/design elements, the next step would be to approve to develop/code. This takes 1-2 weeks to complete by our development team. From there we will release the site for you to review and we can adjust the content/wording accordingly.

Keep in mind by approving we are approving the layout/structure, style, and design elements and will not be able to adjust in the future without additional charge. An example would be to change the testimonial section to yellow instead of blue, or to switch the order of the sections. Basically MAJOR changes.

– Jenny had mentioned because they are pediatric, they DON’T want Kiddy Cartoon style design but more on personalization of the practice

– 2 locations: Indianapolis (www.smilingkidsindy.com) & Noblesville (www.smilingkidsnoblesville.com)
– This design will be for this site (Indianapolis), once done, we will be duplicating it for their other office location in Noblesville, their other account is under her husband’s name Dr. Sam Bullard who is her partner, both works at both locations: https://360controlpanel.com/2015-cp?id=102295
– Site needs to be clear that they have 2 locations on the design so they can be linked to the other site

– They have great SEO for both websites so please make sure ALL 301 redirects are done
– Blog: will be writing a Monthly blog for this account which will also be duplicated/placed on the other website for Dr. Sam Bullard
– Blog: they have blogs on their current site which needs to be carried over
– Phone #: their current phone # is a vanity # that was setup by the previous company which is a trackign # that is forwarded to their real office #. I believe they don’t want to use that # on the site anymore but just use their real #. Please check with them

Had a schedule ph conf with Jenny & Dr. Singh (dr’s wife). She stated she heard great things about our company from Jenny when i first spoke to her. Liked how they found us high on Google search. Has good SEO rankign for both location which I assured we will preserve. Not happy with current compnay cause 1 of the reason is they are suppose to do adwords but they don’t see the ADs. reports sent to them are thru them not Analytics whcih i told them they should get directly which they agreed. Showed SPYFU how it shows they don’t hav active PPC. Recommend PPC once site launches to dominate. For G+ Listing, Noblesville is showing but not INDY which is expected cause Indy more competitive. Dr stated she has an idea on what she wants for the design which I assured her it will be to her satisfaction.
Sent jenny proposal again to review per her request and to get started.

Spoke to Jenny, extremely nice. has 2 websites very good SEO for both Indianapolis and also Noblesville. Not happy with current host wants to change companies and see if I can analyze the issues they currently have. Site is outdated (template) and loads slowly. Pointed out how our designs are unique and built with a marketing focus. Showed her some examples of our new designs that are clean and open. They have blog whcih is done weekly. Told her we can do monthly which is enough. The custom site we do will give them big optimization boost. Doesn’t like kiddy cartoon design but more focus on office (personalization). Jenny was extremely nice and wants to discuss with dr and we can reconnect early next week. Sent her email for custom for 1 and duplicate 2nd location. for monthly blog we create 1 and duplicate for other as well. hot lead. very nice.

side note: other company is also doing adwords for them but she doesn’t know how much they are paying cause its inclusive in their monthly. I did a search and their AD was at the bottom of the ad result (in footer)
