GD that specializes on Implants and Cosmetic Dentistry. If possible, refer to his current site if you need to load more content than GD.

Very important.

Dr has been screwed in the past and is very skeptical. We’ve been going back/forth for days via email and phone. Very nice but wants to be very cautious.
Dr doesn’t mind spending money if he can get results. Still debating even now if he should go with 1stPageSolutions which is an SEO company. I told him he’s defaulting back to the same sales tactic which is promises and guarantees, same mistake he has had in the past.
I told Dr I can’t guarantee but can assure our capability and knowledge which I have thoroughly shown him.
Dr will in the meantime pause his ppc with the other guy per my recommendation because his site is not creating visitor conversion.

Strategy which dr understands:

1. Web Makeover
2. Start PPC (with us). Either upgrade from 149/m to $499/m+ppc budget ($1,000) or keep at $149/m and add $1,000/m
3. Allow 3 months for Google to ReIndex Site for SEO – understands no guarantee even with the $499/m plan at 10/hrs a month.

Dr understands his choosing to go with our company has no expectation for SEO and understands main focus is build a better more effective site. Dr overall is very nice and trust with my suggestions.

After a lot of back/forth via email. We scheduled another ph conf to possibly finalize. Reiterated some of the questions he had regarding addign videos, no contract, option to increase to 360 plan anytime and decrease if necessary. Dr said he was screwed a lot in the past so he wanted to be extra cautious. He stated he will go with us cause of the my responsiveness, patience and sincerity. Assured that I will be there for him in the future whenever he needs me. Dr stated he will get it faxed tom to do the makeover asap.

Dr. called. Looking for good online presence and makeover. Had been working with a local guy who is charging him a lot for “SEO” for the past few months with no results. Had site analyze by someone and found a lot of issues hindering the SEO. This guy has been askign for more money which I had brought up to him SEO tactics which he said “i nailed it”. He was very nice and seems to be willing to spend money in marketing since he was paying thousands at a time. He brought up page speed, i showed him over the phoen to run the test. He saw ours and PBHS and TNT whom he is talking to and see they didn’t come close. Showed him Dr. Mansouri how she dominates the 1st page maximizing on the clicks to her site. Also showed JCPDentistry (jersey city pediatric dentist)
I brought up the 360 plan ($499/m) as an option to the $199/m for Platinum.
Will send dr info per his request and also show him spyfu of what his competitors are doing so he can get an idea on the budget he should spend if we are doing the 360 ppc mgmt.

very hot lead. he said he has a meeting with that SEO guy this Friday which he is trying to convince dr to stay but he will be leaving.
