Talked to the dr over the phone. He did not feel anything was done for him, gave him full refund, he was very appreciative of it.

I have readjusted to read “Bella Terra Medical Group”

Hi Dr. Ahmad,

Here is a design concept based on what we discussed to make the site more clinical looking. Again I would like to hear your feedback on what you like and don’t like so that we may end up with a design to your liking.

For email address.

Met and spoke with the doctor – waited 3 hours before even meeting the doctor himself – was dealing with Tai – asked if they wanted to reschedule after waiting 2 hours – tai said if we leave they will cancel “this is the only time we have” – addressed to Tai that we waited 2 and half hours from when we were scheduled to meet and that I have personal responsibilities and priorities and it is best if we reschedule if the doctor will be awhile – tai said 5 more mins (2 more times after) – which was not true – seems to be his office manager or a relative because he would interrupt doctor a few times during the meeting – seems to be the more “straight forward” one and also saying “hope my straight forwardness does not offend you” – doctor on the other hand was very nice and just wanted to know what happened and what to do to get things back on track – addressed to the doctor why the process took awhile because he kept ordering a bunch of new projects every other week and we kept working on them as we went – thats why it may seem like months – i addressed to the doctor we need to work project by project and complete one before finishing another – so that way there are not too many tasks open – dr expressed in details all these different services that he wants within his site – told the doctor what he has ordered and how we are going to move forward – told the doctor to not worry about the details until after – told doctor to focus on the design lay out first then the minor details will fit in after – doctor seemed to want different designs for different specialties – told the doctor what he paid for (2 designs) and so we should stick with design #1 first then work on the #2nd for his other building he has – doctor saw the original draft that marvin sent – wants to have 4 featured services vs 3 – told the doctor he can do so – we can separate his 4 different specialties he wants with a nice picture – once they click on it – it will go to the specialty with a list of quick bullets for services he provides – once we click on it – we can open up to that educational library – doctor agreed to work out the detailed services after – told doctor to just work on the design first since he did not like what was originally placed for him and was developed without “approval”

Talked to Tai. The Dr. is available from 3-6 pm. I said I can make it around 4PM.

Tai called my direct line – expressed that they are very unhappy with what is going on – is very very close to pulling the plug on our company – dr is very unhappy with the website design, the time line, quality of the different projects – they are not happy with the brochure and rack cards – questioned the designers knowledge and experience and how long has been with company

they want to do a face to face meeting with designer to address all issues and have it done in a timely manner

Client is very upset and wants his money back – called me over the weekend and texted that I call him immediately – told him I will contact him first thing in the morning on Monday – gave a message for Belinda to call Dr. Ahmad since Marvin was out of the office – I myself called Dr. Ahmad first to make sure to listen to all his concerns – dr is very unhappy with the rack cards – Mari called – wanted to situate everything out – told her I am very concerned that the doctor is concerned – we have a great reputation here with our existing clients and we wish to upkeep that and make sure Dr. Ahmad is happy once agian – told her to call me with any problems she has – I will direct them accordingly – says the process is VERY slow – they have a valid point – time line for certain projects are taking longer than they should based on CP notes – Transferred call to Marvin after trying to reach a happy medium

Whole batch was too large to do through CP.

Please create another website for Vita Lita. It is a Medical Spa. Do not get confused with Bella Terra as it is a sister site for General Medicine.

Please make modern, elegant, and high class. I have attached the logo for Vita Lita. The typeface is still to be determined. Please use the same color and perhaps a little feminine.

Here is an updated logo design based on your comments for your monument sign. I have two versions. I wasn’t sure which typeface for BellaTerra you preferred. The serif typefaces are typically a great match to script typeface when trying to go for an elegant feel.

I am currently working on updating your rack cards and I should have them to you as soon as I can.

Can you remove current logo. Place logo attached on the nav bar. Put hamburger on nav bar. Increase nav bar height by 10%.

Invert hover effect on feature services. Hover should be overlay and normal should have the pill button.

Create a brochure. (3 sections per page) Each “section” must be a standalone rack card.

One thing to keep in mind is that I felt the rack cards previous were too wordy. The description was good but a bit too much.
Maybe you can eliminate some of those extra words.

Other things :

1) Personal injury card keep just for that
Don’t include the Chiro and acu with it.
Chiro, acu, and massage keep on same card.

2) The AntiAging card include info on:
Men’s testosterone replacement .
Women’s bioidentical hormone replacement .
And growth hormone after those two descriptions because it’s used for both women and men.

3) The aesthetics card ( which currently talks about women’s bioidentical hormone, should remain just aesthetic)
Include Botox , dermal fillers , microdermabrasion that infuses hyaluronic acid and vitamin C along with other nutrient to face ( we currently have the HYDRAFACIAL so you can look it up for description, however I may get a similar one for new HB location but not sure if it will be specifically the hydrafacial machine, so a description is better than actually naming it )
4) The weight loss / nutrient card is ok. Up to you to tweek it a bit .
5) the pain management card
I’d like to emphasize the class lV HIGH POWERED LASER SYSTEM ( can look it up DIOWAVE )
Previous card described as cold laser, it’s not, it’s a high powered laser for pain .
You can look up online to get better idea
They actually have nice listing of what it can help for.
Other pain modalities can include injections, medications, Chiro, acu, massage. ( we don’t want to explain acu, Chiro, massage here in detail because those have their own card.

It’s decent card as is
Maybe can stress on their services that are most common for clinic. Ex, labs, strep test, mono test, pregnant, std testing
diagnostics: ekg, ultrasound , pulmonary function test,
Pap smears

Services they offer is the same as (longshoremedical.com) Exclude massage, infrared sauna, cold/hot Aqua therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, Acuscope therapy for now.

If we have content in our library, use that. If we do not, use their content (dr owns that site as well)

You wanted 7 Rack Cards/Flyers in addition to the brochure you have already ordered?

If you put 3 rack cards together, it is a brochure side. What I can do so that it is not at any extra cost to you is to design your brochure that you ordered as separate “rack cards”. This would be 6 rack cards.

If you want Rack Cards and the brochure you ordered, we would have to stick to the original costs we previously talked about.

Please let me know which route you would like to take.

Here are two logo designs for VitaLita

Since the meaning is “New Life”, I went 2 different routes: One feminine and one a little more masculine.

1. Used imagery of a flower to represent new life. The transparency/feathering help keep the logo feeling fresh, modern, and boutique/upscale.

2. Used imagery of a sunset to represent new life. The diamond shape helps to strengthen the logo to something a bit more established. The warm colors along with the ocean help to represent the regionality (beach/socal).

We went for a friendly yet modern site since we are dealing with Family Medical Care. The navigation was setup to be clean and easy to find what is necessary.

Your logo is just there for placeholder while we design it based off of the the website design that we will go with.

Please design a draft for this client. (http://longshoremedical.com/) is a reference to the services they offer. Do not include anything aesthetic wise. This is purely Family medical and urgent care. They are located in San Pedro. Please make the site modern and “high-end” but still welcoming.

They are considering turquoise as a primary and maybe a purple and pink/red as a secondary.

They do not have a logo yet as that will be made later on based on the design.

Please confirm with Dr. Ahmad the charge you discussed with him earlier with having 2 sites as he does want 2 different designs.
