Client disputed $297 (March, April, and May charges $99/m). Please reach out to the client regarding the project/dispute, I will respond to Paypal Resolution Center regarding the chargeback (typically they are not on our side regarding these matters).

Spoke to Dr. Shahzad, was very nice but was upset about the project entirely.

Told dr I understand his concerns & frustrations and that I will make things right for him because he still needs a website. Told dr that this time, I will proactive in coordinating this project every step of the way to make sure it is completed in a timely manner which will take up to 30 days. Told him that I understand how busy he is so we will make sure that the process is effortless/streamlined on his end and to make sure he is on track when it comes to communication.

Told him this issue he has had is very rare and does not truly reflect Opt360 because communication & client satisfaction is always our #1 priority.

Told dr to schedule an interview with Belinda so we can get a design concept available for him in less than week. Dr told me he will get back to me by tomorrow to see when he is available.

I have not asked dr to remove the chargeback yet but will after the interview with Belinda.

Called, spoke to Dr., Dr stated he had time right now to do a presentation and hopefully finalize this to get started.
Showed him seo clients that are dominating in THE WOODLANDS (his area) but for a dentist. BUT did show him a GI client in Berkeley dominating the 1st page. Dr does know a bit about SEO cause he understands the ranking in berkeley may be low from where he searches but i assured him he is #1 if he was to search from Berkeley.
Went over the Platinum package again and what’s included.
Went over teh streamlined design process.
Dr asked about Videos, was about to show him Swarm Videos (quoted $75/m) but dr had to go see a patient. Dr stated he will call me back.

Called Dr. Shahzad, looking for a makeover. Dr mumbled alot so it was kinda difficult to hear most of the time. He is focused on SEO. Dr was not in front of a computer cause I wanted to show him a GI client of ours on the 1st page along with an Orthodontist in The Woodlands (his area) dominating 1st page. Will send this over to him to review.
Dr was comparing companies and 1 of them was PatientPop. Went over the difference with what we do vs them. Assured him of our competitive rate.
Went over the Platinum only, discussed Social (how it works with us), Rep Mgmt (how it works) and SEO, updates when we have it. Told him how we are on the 1st page ourselves which proves to show our knowledge vs PatientPop which does not show.
Dr asked to send him all this so he can review and make a decision soon. Moderate to Hot.
