spoke to Clarence. Had originally called but went to his home voicemail. He picked up the phone as i was leaving the message. Very nice. looking to get a site built. in process of opening a funeral home but waiting on finalizing the address and buisness info. He mentioned he can get the site up first and then provide all that after it is finalized which i agreed and pointed out the advantages of doing so as well.
He asked if he can start in 8 days to make the initial deposit. I told him i’ll send the proposal over and we can get started around that time. very nice.
