    we have been working on getting parts of homepage back and replacing broken images. I have been in contact with Francisco and he understands that cbslabs caused the issues with the site and will communicate our info to them. Here is my response to him requesting for an update on 12/8:

    We have been manually working on getting all parts of the site back. GoDaddy was not able to restore the site completely. If they did, the site would be up and running without issues at this moment. We are taking it upon ourselves to get this site back together without help from GoDaddy.     There are images missing within the site and the homepage is not fully complete. We are currently working on these issues.

    For the homepage, we have the original design without edits that have been made after the site was developed. We are working on getting back the slider with test tube photo. You can see parts of it right now. If there are other pieces missing that we did not catch, please let us know.

    Hi Francisco,
    Here is what we discussed over the phone:
    cbslaboratory took over control using their GoDaddy account since they own domain. There was a "Cease and Desist" done by GoDaddy where the domain owner can take over. After this was done, the site hosted by us was moved around in our GoDaddy account and all settings were disconnected. This must be a GoDaddy automated process. We were able to locate the site on our end but we are currently going through all pages to make sure there are no missing images. All text content is still currently there.

    We have been working with GoDaddy since you had notified us. We are communicating with them to restore the site to a version that has the complete site.

    As for the hack, we would have been able to take care of this quickly after being notified using our standard procedures but since we did not have full control over managing the site at the moment, it's taking a little longer than expected. We do not get hacks often but when it does happen, we are prepared to clean them out as soon as possible after being notified. Also, since our sites are mostly informational, we would not have any personal information taken which would be a larger concern. If there is inappropriate content on the site, we are able to scan the site and clean out anything that looks suspicious within the code.

    Make front page body/paragraph font smaller and more line height. Make color not as dark blue.(compare to draft)

    For Section with the blood vials, try as best as you can to keep the image from running into text. Try to keep text within the white area.

    Reverse the effect for the flag. Blue background should be static. White should be on hover.

    Inner page body/paragraph. More line height. More line height on UL.

    1. Inner Banner is not full width.
    2. Have Menu toggle to show submenu with an arrow indicator.
    3. Make sure submenus are collapsed by default.
    4. Make sure menu only has 1 toggled submenu at a time. Collapse if a new submenu is toggled.
    5. Footer form, instead of white, make blue like on draft sent.

    7. Make inner paragraph style thinner and colored (#222222)

    Here is a design concept based on our discussion. Please take a look at it so that it is at 100% to get the full experience.

    The menu is to be a push menu, much like this (http://tympanus.net/Blueprints/SlidePushMenus/)

    We went bright and a modern approach to help with for relating to consumers so that it wouldn’t be too sterile looking. We also tried to organize everything so that there is little confusion about your services that you offer at a consumer level.

    Francisco called in. Marketing director inquiring for a makeover. knows about SEO. they have a few locations but headquartered in Miami planning on expanding nationwide. Its a bio laboraty for toxicology, pathology, dna test, etc. Currently has good ranking for “Bio Laboratory in Miami”. Pointed out to him to focus on G+ profile (he mentioned he is aware and is looking to retrieve the acct pw for them to optimize). Gave him an example of our client “jersey city pediatric dentist” to search so he can see our area of expertise in SEO. He mentioned he was from jersey city so he knows the market. He also stated he found us organically for “laboratory web design” hence why he called.
    We only discussed Gold cause he had a few questions in between. His client was looking to do this yesterday based on me asking the time-frame. Also discussed hosting server (details) since he is techy which he understood and it was a bonus.
    Sent him proposal with bulleted points. Hot lead. call next day to f/u and possibly finalize
