Process

1. You will receive an initial five concepts to start with. We can mix and match designs! At this point, try to focus on shapes and fonts rather than color.
2. Revisions: You will get approximately to 5 rounds of revisions. Let us know what suites you and what does not, don’t worry, we’ll try our best to get them as close as possible!
3. Approval: After the logo is approved, we’ll send you a set of files that can be used with any print shop or graphic designer. We’ll also add it to the website.

Good afternoon Danny,

I was truly surprised to see your email. I just got back from a lunch meeting about continuing with our website development and design process and was going to email you! I recently moved back and am working at the practice and we have added another dentist within the last year. We are wanting to seriously start the process at this time.

So some of my beginning questions are:

What is the timeline with the development and design process?
Do you still have just the two packages to choose from? Gold (2 payments $1749) and Platinum (2 payments $2999) both with a monthly fee of $99? Are the prices still the same?
How do we typically communicate back and forth during the project and afterwards for assistance?
As far as the 24/7 online editing goes, how does that work? Do we edit ourselves? Would it be user friendly? Do we contact you to edit it?

From there I just have more design specific questions:

We are wanting to update our logo seeing as it is over 20 years old and could use a refresh or total revamp. Would we do that first and then design the website around that?
We are assuming the website is mobile friendly and would not need an app or anything … is that correct?
We currently use Demandforce for our appointment reminders and communication tools. Would you have the capability to integrate that into the website? Would the appointment schedule work through that too or be separate?
