Called Tony, very nice. Was expecting my call. Was wondering if we are the same or similar to Lighthouse360 which i confirmed we are not. They are more patient communication vs us where we specialize in dental web design & marketing.
– Current site he and his 17 year old son developed. Had bad experience i the past where they had issues with the site and then had to pay to fix and nickel/dime certain updates.
– he wants a site that is personalized with photos specific to his area that people can relate to. Confirmed with our custom unique designs, we can focus on this
– gave him many pointers on how Custom from Scratch is vs Template companies.
– possibly wants to host on his own with his GoDaddy cause he has background in WP.
– Told him we provide ownership that can be added anytime or included so i will create 2 proposals options for him. Pointed out how we are able to do this vs template company which will not allow.
– overall very nice. will send him proposal with the 2 options and pointers on our 30day MBG & competitive rate (brought up because he is shopping around and will be making a decision soon).
– discussed FB cause he asked for my opinion, gave him pointers on how it works and the effectiveness of it with my examples and assured him i can help him in the future cause i work with many clients consulting on what works and what doesn’t work.
– also discussed G+ cause he was asking how it works. Gave him pointers on the purpose and the potential. Told him I can help get it setup for him
– very hot lead and very nice… give him a call in a few days.

called to touch base. very nice. we had a quick chat about his weekend (mom visiting from jacksonville, took her on a tour of MA). Regarding the project, he's putting it on hold for now cause of budgeting and other reasons. Told him if pricing is an issue and can work it out for him to reduce or do installments. Also told him about our 30-day mbg. He was very appreciative of the offers but at this moment, it is on hold. told him i'll touch base with him in a few months, hopefully timing would be better. he was ok with it. very nice. 2016-05-10 | danny.n
