Touched based with Craig, very nice. Gave me an update that his client has decided to just stay with Weebly cause they already paid $600/initial and $50/m. I told Craig how many months they have left on the contract ot see what we can do to eat up the cost for them so they can switch. His client has a startup so cost is important. Told him the value of a good quality site that will be a big ROI for them vs a template through Weebly which he agreed. He said to do what we can and he will throw it in front of the client as a last ditch effort.
I will eat up the $600 for them and match monthly at $50/m and waive 10 months since they have 10 months left on the contract. Will go with our template system. Sent proposal.

Craig called in for a client of his. Chiropractor. Has a domain and a basic weebly site.
Talking to local designer & chiromatrix, got quote for $1500 and $100/m-$400/m, respectively.
Gave him pointers on the disadvantages of local designer (disappear 1 day, no knowledge of seo, no knowledge of the specialty)
With Chiromatrix, they are all template. Limitation on design, bad for SEO. For packages $100/m, after 1 year, the investment is $1,200 and they will continue to pay forever. Craig stated the they have no monthly fee, i told him that it is embedded within the monthly. FOr the $400/m, this is $4,800 after 1 year and they will continue to pay forever.
We also discussed SEO and PPC, they are in a non-comeptive area so there shouldn’t be any issues getting on 1st page. We can do PPC after launched too.
He was very nice and he agreed with me on a lot of points that he didn’t see. Will talk to client. Sent email with examples.

Seem to be geared more towards Silver based on the budget his client has. WIll do interview, show a few designs and personalize.
