Someone from Dr. Yousefi’s office called to discuss edits to his website. I provided a username/password to access the dashboard of the site and edit content on their end. He will be sending over further edits to support and CC Desirae and Jessica.

He wanted to know about creating two new emails. I asked for him to type out how he would like the emails to appear and send it in the same email.

Furthermore, he asked if we could fill some of the pages that said “coming soon” with content from our library. I did inform him that we did upload the content we have for orthodontics but additional content we do not have available and would need to write this content as it gets very specialized.

Dr. Yousefi wants the new website to go directly to myhappybraces.com. We previously created a sub-domain since myhappybraces.com was being forwarded to childrenshappyteeth.com. He wants them both separate.

We are not hosting myhappybraces.com, so I requested access to that domain so I can make the changes.

As for the layout, I have attached the approved design below. I do not see anything different on the temporary website compared to the approved design other than the menu items. Keep in mind that as far as text and images, these can be changed and edited even after the website has gone live.

Spoke to Dr. Yousefi regarding his concern about expediting this process. I addressed that myself and Belinda had been trying to get a hold of him consistently, and he said he had been trying to finish another project and that is why he has been unavailable. I also advised that we have already done a handful of design drafts and that we need to make sure his notes are finalized. He understands and he wants to get this finished ASAP.

Below are the design edits he would like:
-remove Children’s logo
-change phone # to 855-551-4555
-change “Schedule an Appointment” to “Complimentary Consultation”
-add a “drop-down” arrow on the Location box in the form
-change “submit” button to “Schedule”
-wants to format “About Orthodontics” like http://sndortho.com/ (without image in the middle and without icons; use real images)

I am glad that we can continue moving forward with this project.

I assure you that Desirae and Belinda has been trying to reach you regarding completing this project in a timely manner. Every call or email is logged into our database for your account as records.

As previously addressed, they have been following up with you for some time now but it appears you were always so busy. We understand that that is very realistic in a life of a doctor hence why we do our due diligence to get a hold of you as much as we can.

I appreciate that you are continuing your relationship with our company to finish this project.
Please understand that if you were to move forward with another company, you will have to go through a design process once again and their process will not be streamlined like ours for your two accounts. It would require more time — hence why I am happy you want to continue with this project.
It would not make sense given the timing of your availability as it already is.

To proceed forward, I understand you would like to get this project completed within a month — in which you mentioned you will dedicate more time now to complete this. Please call back Dr. Yousefi (I called to get the security code for his credit card). He didn’t know if he wants to proceed with the second project (https://360controlpanel.com/2015-cp?id=102127) and was upset he is paying the monthly fee of $79 (has paid five months so far $79) when they’re are still in the design phase. I explained that space was saved for him on our servers. Therefore, the monthly fees had started and that he even received three months waived on the initial order.

Dr. Yousefi responded with more changes. I advised that he is over the 5 draft limit and has only 2 more design drafts left to make changes. I asked for him to finalize his notes and will not change the drafts until he sends me the finalized notes.

Client is concerned with the timeline process and how he was rarely followed up with from Marvin. Process has been taking too long and he mentioned he started another website design with another company. However, I reassured him that I am here to take his feedback and to create the perfect website for him in a timely manner (priority design). He likes the most recent design draft Marvin sent but wants a few changes. He will email/contact me on Tuesday, October 4th with revisions so we can move on to the next step.

Emailed client introducing myself and reassuring him that he is in good hands. Waiting for reponse for any additional changes regarding the website design.
