    She is the consultant for Dr. Mark Tseng who previously ordered but cancelled. I had f/u with dr tseng cause i noticed he still hasn’t built his site. Therese responded and was appreciative of my concern into this but stated that dr is still getting it developed. She does have some clients she may want to refer to me to develop.

    We’ve been going back/forth via emails a couple times. 1 of the email was regarding SEO and if we are up to date. She sent me a word doc with all the recommendations, she prob got from 1 of the companies. I’ve verified with her that we are aware of these and poitned out other SEO work we do. I even showed her our clients that are dominating the 1st page of Google.

    4/20: "Danny, I know you already have quite a bit of this in mind and one of the reasons recommending you as web developer. As create the Website we need to keep in mind the SEO optimization. So I’m getting up to speed with negative ratings, SEO and latest updates or programs. Hoping the attached is nonsense and you are already aware of trending and new tools. Just know SEO critical to us and for national searches as this company works in many regions. In fact we should have an interactive map with client testimonials. So the more we can be like NueMD the better. I like the slider and this particular page http://www.nuemd.com/medical-billing-services We’ll need the following: Home page Contact Page Our Story Our Staff Provider Portal (here we’d link to drop box account so that clients could retrieve their reports) Patient Portal (here we’d like patients to be able to make payments or online chat with questions) We can call these tabs other things but I think you get the idea. The website is reference page for this industry and tool. I’m steering the owner with this color palette. Attached is brochure my team came up with that may help with content?"

    4/19 - "Hi Danny, I am reaching out to you with regard to a medical billing company named USMD Billing and Management Services, Inc. based here in Seattle. We put a temporary construction on their site as too dated and not meeting needs of client. She is working with a professional logo developer to retool and update her branding that we can then apply to website. Have you done any websites for Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management is the new terminology. Typically it’s a place holder for most RCM companies to check out who the players are, any account testimonials or report repository plus a blog. Athena Health is the big national competitor. Here is a local competitor at http://www.mbsmedicalbilling.com/ too many words but brings you up to speed with services. Also they placed high in google. When I swept website not many but this kept popping up and updated workflow. Good summary. http://www.nuemd.com/revenue-cycle-management/rcm-101 What would be our next steps?"

While we are engaged with another company I am happy resent this information as Dr. Tseng has physician friend that may need web development and I have few clients needing an overhaul as their business grows and one that is relocating with new branding.
