730 North Optometry was the best experience I’ve ever had with an eye doctor. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like I’ve known the staff all my life. They were welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and very prompt. I was in and out of the eye doctor appointment so quickly while still feeling they did a thorough job, including a more in-depth explanation of eye health than I’ve ever received. Of course, I hung around a while afterwards to pick out new frames and received immediate one-to-one service and great opinions on which frames to choose and why.
I would highly recommend 730 to anyone and everyone. Our family will be life-timers so long as we’re within a 50 mile radius of their office. Thanks 730!

730 Optometry is the Four Seasons hotel of eye care. From the the ambience, to the care and integrity of the Drs and Therapists it was all 5-star concierge level. The Professionalism and knowledge of the staff was wonderful during our son’s Vision Therapy treatments. The degree of engagement with Customers was exceptional and we have been very grateful as we got our son’s learning disability finally under control.

This is a very high tech office. I got what I can only assume is the latest and greatest technology in eye health! The staff is friendly and very professional. I was very happy with how I was treated and now am waiting for my beautiful new frames! They have an incredible selection of frame to chose from. It is definitely now cheap to get glasses here but I love what I found and the service I received!

I’ve been coming here for a very long time and the three doctors are all great. Actually thinking about it maybe I’ve only had Daughetry and recently, Pak as my doctor. It’s possible I had Ricketts, but that might have been when I was younger.
Everything is on time and the staff are friendly, patient, helpful, when trying out glasses or ordering or paying etc. The office/store is very clean. There is a small chess or tic-tac-toe set I’ve never used. There is a free water cooler in the back. Once I tried to use contacts here and they were patient as I fumbled for twenty minutes or so (to this day I still use glasses). It’s right next to the Libertyville Metra station, which is convenient if you live in Chicago. I usually set aside 60-90 minutes for the time I’ll be at the office when getting a checkup..

We are always treated as if we are their best customers at 730 North. The exams are relaxed and thorough. Even my doctor phobic anxiety ridden son loves to come here as they explain everything to him and and put him at ease. They are very knowledgeable about what your insurance covers and help you to pick out the best options for your needs and insurance. I wish that their eyeglass selection was a little more diverse but they do carry Oliver Peoples which is one of my favorite lines and they do have a wide selection, it just seems that a lot of them are very similar styles. We have purchase sports, plastic and metal frame glasses from them and been very happy with each of them.

This is a well run office that we have been very pleased with. We originally found the office when our oldest daughter needed eye therapy though we had another eye doctor. We liked the office so much that our whole family left the previous doctor and now we all come to you and will continue to.

Dr. Pak explained some issues with my eyes better than a specialist had done in the past. She offered a very simple remedy (which the specialist had done) but with detail that allowed it to be more effective. Thanks!

Dr. Walsh gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. She listened to all my requests. At her suggestion, she changed my dominant eye for monovision contacts. It is the first time I can read and drive without using readers in years! I am thrilled

I was thoroughly impressed by the front desk staff, the pre-screening tests and the optometrist, Meghan Walsh. Meghan was very detailed oriented and gave me some great recommendations due to her careful and comprehensive exam. When the office suddenly was busy, the staff pitched in and gave everyone personal attention .Impressive teamwork ~ always a good sign. I don’t normally write reviews, but I do when the service is exemplary like this place.

Outstanding service! Great atmosphere! A truly wonderful place!!! The entire staff made me feel very welcome and did an excellent job of providing the best frames and contacts for me. The staff was exceptional in taking time to get to know me and ensure that they provided a thorough eye exam, and best glasses and contacts options for me.

Amazing practice. I have been a customer for over 20 years. With really bad vision, and being allergic to contacts, I am thrilled with the chic collection of frames that are always available. The staff is very intelligent, courteous and caring…state of the art equipment for aiding in a quick evaluation as well. Great place for vision therapy.
