Doctor wanted to use Visual Builder but will not work on homepage since feature was added after site was developed. VB may not be fully supported. All inner pages – VB works.

Also, doctor expected homepage to be fully in editor but this page is customized. Mentioned to her that she should be able to edit through code.

Doctor had 2 edits she requested after site was done setting up by bluehost. She wanted us to edit site on bluehost but we could not do that for her. Suggested she edit the 2 pages, they are pretty simple. She asked if we could help her step through site to edit on bluehost but we could not.

1. Meet doctor page: the photo of doctor and children are in one column. Please rearrange the page to work rows with 2 columns within it. Doctor photo should be in same row as 1st and 2nd paragraph. Children’s photo with the rest.

2. Patient Forms Page: page title and the paragraph next is in the same cell. Move the paragraph text out of the heading. There is an issue when the screen is smaller: text is running into page title.

Dr. Teredesai called about an email she sent to Catherine regarding some issues with the website. She said she will forward that email to Belinda. A few things she pointed out in the phone call:

-Meet Dr. Monica page: she wants the 2 photos to be side-by-side when on smaller devices.

The Invisalign Process
Scans of your teeth are made to fabricate the custom Invisalign aligners. At Smile Art, we use the iTero digital scanner which replaces traditional ‘impressions’ that can be uncomfortable for some patients. Dr. Monica formulates a personalized treatment plan that meets your specific orthodontic needs, and a series of aligners is fabricated based on that. You wear each set of aligners for about 2-3 weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move in stages until they have straightened to the final position Dr. Monica has prescribed. You will be seen every 6-8 weeks to make sure that the treatment is progressing as desired, and to get the next few sets of aligners. At the end of treatment, you will be given retainers very similar to the aligners, so that you can maintain your teeth in their new positions and keep your beautiful smile!

Spoke to Dr. Teredesai, she likes the site thus far. A few updates she wants to make listed in ticket above.

She feels that our hosting fees are too costly and asked if there’s any other package she can select as she would like to make minimal changes to the site in the future. Told her that I will talk to Justin and see what we can do.

She’s generally happy about the site now.

Belinda confirmed no monthly charges until the website is live. Refunded March and April 2017 monthlies of $79 each, will reactivate charges once site is live.

– On my screen (it is a large screen), the photos on the main bar look too stretched (see example attached). The logo also looks stretched.
– The email address (and phone number??) are not interactive
– Look carefully at the brown line in logo – it has crooked rectangles when they show up on the left, but straight (parallel) rectangles when they show up on right. This kind of represents straightening out of the teeth. please follow this on the website. for example: on home page under what sets us apart, the lines should be crooked since they are on the left. Same for featured services and testimonials (all on home page)
– On my screen, the View out office is cut (see photo) – Chrome browser
– Clicking on the Appointment link, takes to a different page, similar issue with the lines, they need to be parallel since they are to the right in this case. (Actually this is true for all the new headers for the other pages)

Doctor is beyond frustrated with the site as when she opens up the website in different browsers, she’s getting different results. Things are overlapping or cut off, nothing is consistent.

There were many changes that needed to be done with the site (see below) that were completed but when she views those changes, the header issues keep reappearing. She’s asked us to trim things and move items around but this does not resolve issues.

I have emailed her a mock up to approve so that we may recode the site. It’s not an issue of recode but more of a design flaw. She will take a look at it today and let me know. Told her 3-5 days to update the design.

Doctor is seeing a lot of issues through Internet Explorer, but also sees issues on our end.

I am not happy at all with the design services provided by your company. I have attached some photos, please look at them and tell me if you were the person paying for this, would you be happy? Please see more emails for more photos as all may not attach to one email.

Also, before telling a client the website is good to go, you really should have multiple people review it on multiple computers. This is me on one computer. I have not looked at it on other ones, but will do so. However, this should really be done by the web design team.

If there is anyway for me to get a refund and cancel all services I would like that. If there is a way for me to get a partial refund and cancel all services I would like that. I am tired of trying to make this work.

The website’s design has a lot of different elements therefore making the text not come together.

If you look at instructions page on her preview site vs. current site, you’ll see that the photo goes near the text, making it come together.

Make all A tags in the body a blue/truqouise color and underline to match her website.

Since July, she said things came to a stand still – she has not heard from Marvin – she does not want to pay for a monthly fee because nothing is being done – she wants me to give her a call to get things straightened out – client is very unhappy – will call dr ASAP to figure out what is needed to be done.
