Called the office and spoke with Annie. She said Dr. He was busy with a patient and to email her. I said that I had been trying to reach her and haven’t received a response in over a month and that it is urgent regarding her account. Annie said, “well if she’s not responding then she’s not interested”. I continued to explain that I was not selling anything and that Dr. He already has an account with us and that I needed to speak with her ASAP. Annie said she will let Dr. He know that I called, but I will also email stressing the urgency.

The last time I spoke to Dr. He (back in November 2016), she intended to host website on her own but did not want us to send files until everything was finalized.

Called the office and could not reach a voicemail. Also called Dr. He’s cell and left vm. Will send yet another follow-up email stressing the urgency of her response.

Emailed Dr. He again to see if she is ready to go live:

“One question about the new website. Our current website ranks high in Google searching for the keywords such as ” Invisalign”, ” Dentist Cupertino, or 95014″… We wonder if the website could still get similar ranking and how long usually it takes.”

on the invisalign page, make sure the title tag has “Cupertino Invisalign – Invisalign in Cupertino”. Also have “cupetino invisalign” in the H1 section of the page.

Doctors Page: Make sure you have at least “Dentist in Cupertino – Cupertino Dentist – 95014 Dentist” in title tag

Dr. He would like to “re-do” the “Smile Gallery”. I asked for some clarification on the instructions, but she has sent me all images.

1.On the home page, the picture was changed back to old one. Please use a picture of diverse background.

Your requested website edits have been completed.

In regards to making changes to your website, you will be able to make changes even after the website has gone live/been published. Your new website is not in a static HTML format, therefore, you are able to log in and make changes to any pages whenever you’d like. For example, you can change the “Doctor Profile” or “Before/After” photos even after your website has gone live/been published. That is why I suggest making your website live as soon as possible so that your patients can utilize it and start making appointments.

Mouth Guard
Mouth guard and sports guard are different names for the same thing: a device worn over your teeth that protects them from blows to the face and head. Mouth guard is an important piece of athletic equipment for anyone participating in a sport that involves falls, body contact or flying equipment. This includes football, basketball, baseball, soccer, hockey, skateboarding—–any activity that might result in an injury to the mouth.

Mouth guard typically covers the upper teeth, and is designed to protect against broken teeth, cut lips and other damage to your mouth. If you wear braces on your lower jaw, your dentist may suggest a mouth guard for these teeth as well.

Night Guard
An occlusal guard is a horseshoe shaped piece of plastic which is worn over the teeth to protect them against damage caused by clenching or grinding. It works by creating a physical barrier between your upper and lower teeth so that you bite against the plastic rather than wearing down your teeth.
Most people are unaware that they grind (also called Bruxism) or clench their teeth as it usually happens when they are sleeping. The symptoms include headache,muscle aches, enlargement of facial muscles, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) discomfort, stiffness of the shoulders and neck, ear pain and sleep disorders. The teeth are adversely affected and show abnormal wear and mobility. This leads to fracture and loss of teeth.
It has been found that 70 percent of people clench and grind their teeth as a result of stress and anxiety.
The best way to protect your teeth and prevent tooth wear and fracture is to wear an occlusal appliance. These are custom made, specially-fitted plastic mouth pieces that fit over your top or bottom teeth. Wearing one of these appliances will reduce jaw muscle pain and protect both your teeth and temporomandibular joint. The appliances are usually worn at bedtime and are considered the treatment of choice.

1. On the front page, if you click the five circles representing dental services, you’ll find that not all of them match with the content. “General Dentistry” shows all the services. ” Orthodontic” shows braces only. ” Children Dental Care” shows “How to brush teeth”.

There were emails that were sent over that have been missed, about 4-5 but major ones. I have looked through Jan’s emails to make sure tickets have been submitted (see below). Client was also concerned that we have dental web experience but have no images / pictures to support our educational material. It was requested by us to doctor to send images to us.

Client has been patient and repeatedly emailed reminders to add specific items to her website, but they have not been completed.

Dr wants to get her current site to be mobile responsive. Gave her 2 options which is to develop a mobile version or redesign her current site which i recommend. Dr been shopping around and all requires contract and hosting. Pointed out to her that we do not require contract and we offer ownership so she can self-host anytime like Dr. Liu. Dr didn’t know much about the hosting and how that entails which I recommend for what we charge monthly, it is better with us and she can stop paying hosting.

Dr wants to get started but wants to review the proposal. told her i will touch base in 1-2 days to get started.
