Dr called in, looking to switch web company. Currently with OrthoSesame which I had brought up how I am familiar with their recent tactic of charging extra to their clients cause of “server updates”.
Had a long convo with dr covered alot. Showed him Pediatric clients and ortho clients of ours. Even showed him a Pediatric dentist near NYC that we got on the 1st pate. Gave him pointers on how a good quality site will maximize visitor conversion. Introduced the Platinum package to him. It was a bit high but worked installments of 4 and showed him how uch of a high ROI we can get him. Discussed FB as well and how it works and the potential out of it. Overall it was a great conversation and showed him different perspective on how important the esthetic look of the site is. Dr agreed with me on many points and found it informative. Have scheduled phone call with dr. Friday morning. Sent dr proposal.

called to touch base. Dr is putting it on hold for now because he had a machine break that will cost him $8k to $10k to repair. Told dr that i was sorry to hear that and i understand the distraction. Offered dr if he is still interested is that we can break up into installments so he can get it up sooner than later. Dr said he's ok and was appreciative of the offer. Told dr i'll touch base with him in a few weeks hopefully it will be a better time and budget is freed up.
