We’re excited to have the new website live. However, I just posted the link to our facebook page and I noticed an error in the description that it posted with it. It lists conditions that we do not treat!!

We do not treat dry skin, eczema, genital warts or hives….I’m not sure what else it lists but I never said we treat these things! So if this is what Google uses to locate us, it is wrong! Dr. Scheiner treats moles, warts, skin cancer, skin tags, acne, etc. IG SURGICAL DERMATOLOGY not regular skin conditions. Please get this corrected ASAP!

Thank you for all the updates. I was just sending those pics as suggestions because we were waiting on the sliders to be updated. What you have put is fine. I did however notice that the photo with the lady with the water splashing was removed, it should still be the last slider since it ties to the other pages. And maybe move the single man up a few in the rotation and not last.

Just one more thing and we are ready to go live! I just realized that we left off a section in Patient Education. Can you please title the section “Facial Services by Aestheticians” and you may cut & paste this text into the page? With the facial photo I’ve added. Thank you!

Facial Services by Aestheticians

The pictures on the home page have still not been updated. The picture of injections and microderm were supposed to be removed, and replaced with photos of an older couple and a family. I have attached pictures of an older couple and a family to suggest what we are looking for.

I have also gone through the Patient Education pages and looked at the photos that you have added. We feel some of them are not good representations. I have attached a photo to use for the Cyst page, Acne (teen), Botox (woman scrunching forehead), laser hair removal (use the pic of legs). The photos on the Melanoma page and the Moles page are identical. Perhaps the one on the Melanoma page should be changed so they’re not the same – I attached an educational graphic. Also, please use the photo I’ve attached of a Doctor looking at a man’s scalp for the Skin Cancer page.

Please call me so we can go over the rest! And please process these changes ASAP as we have been waiting for weeks to get our site live!

Great, I went ahead and removed that section for the home page. I’ve also included how it’ll look like on the inner pages. You can see in the section attachment, this is how the text is going to be laid out with a static image on the side. You can also see how it would look like if we were to put a photo within the body of text as well.

What’s Next

If you are completely satisfied with the design, colors, layout; I can move into development, and we’ll start working on the pages. However, once in development, I cannot make major changes to overall structure and colors of the site. For example, I would not be able to adjust the purple scheme to green. Nor will I be able to move the logo from the center to the left side. The photos on the home page and side bar on inner page can be adjusted one time after development.

The text and photo WITHIN the text can be changed at any time and unlimited amounts of times.

If you approve to go into development, please comment “I Approve.”

Development typically takes about one week and I will pull the surgical dermatology information from your website and combine with what we have.

I’ve submitted additional versions with different subject matters to replace the mountains. Was there anything about the design you’d like to change? Fonts, colors, maybe the order/layout of things? I would like to make sure we have the layout and colors perfect.

I’ve adjusted the previous design that you preferred with a different photo. Was there a specific one you’d like to put there? Perhaps a landmark, or body/skin? Maybe something of the office?

Since you liked that design, I’ve attached another variation that I thought was very modern and different. Please let me know what you think. If there’s anything that you dislike from the designs, please let me know so that I may opt out of using that particular feature.

Also, once a design is approved, we’ll go into development which takes about a week. I will pull content from the previous site and use content we have as well.

We want the website to be all about surgical dermatology, not the other services we offer (such as cosmetic surgery or spa services). Skin cancer screenings and treatment. We treat moles, warts, skin tags, birthmarks, etc. Dr. Scheiner also treats acne and rosacea, but does not get into other skin conditions like rashes or psorisis. We want to feature this website in ads and billboards focused on treating skin growths.

Notes for development. Purpose of website is to focus on Surgical Dermatology (medical) side of the business. It is in the same location but these services are lost on their website. They will do marketing specifically for this portion of the business.

Current site, it has too many services so it is confusing. She specifically asks for quote on the Silver & Gold. Gave her a quote and explained the difference between the 2.
