Spoke with Dr. Heath last Friday and today – Dr said he was under the impression that he would receive something very similar and very close to rehabtohealth.com – addressed to client initial before ordering that Dr. F is creating a design similar to rehabtohealth.com because we can not copy exactly the site (reason: client has ownership & exclusivity) – hence why Dr. Heath was given this template design that is similar – he said he never was told or was aware of this – I explained to him I did mention it and prior to ordering, I walked him though the template system – he was having issues with this design wanting to move things around – wanted the gradients as seen on the mirror site and change the font and make it smaller etc… – spoke with belinda about having client pay an extra thousand to do an AS IS design of rehabtohealth as a solution – he is not happy with either results and wants a refund.

Client originally likes rehabtohealth.com and we created a design similar to it.
I briefly walked the doctor through how to change the site & make updates.

Part of our agreement, we would set up the initial site for him.
Just adding his number, practice address, add services, basic info.

If he has a bio, he would need to send it over to us.

Told him, he would modify everything himself there after we set up the initial site.
