Spoke to Tatiana. Kept on complaining how she tries to call me but i don’t return her call. I told her i never got her calls. Gave her my direct line to call in the future and assured her that i return all of my client’s messages.

Tatiana was complaining about SEO which I told her that since we started last week of SEpt, she is already on the 1st page at the bottom for “coos bay plastic surgeon” (sent her screenshot). She wants to show for “orange coast plastic surgeon” whicih i told her that was not the keyword to optimize but we will integrate on to the site. It will take at least 2-3 months min if any results.

Also discussed G+. She has it verified on her own but i don’t see it linked. Will open a ticket to have this link.. Told her she needs to get ppl to go to her site to access the link to start getting reviews so it is optimized. She understands and will do that.

Also complained about invoices being emailed which she wants automatically. Explained to her we can’t but she can send request each month and we can send to her. She understands.
