Liz sent a list of edits and wants to go live after they are done! I completed them today and asked if they are ready so I can send them the info needed.

Called the office and spoke with Curtis, he said Dr. Sharma & Heather were not in the office. I requested to speak with Liz and she said both Dr. Sharma & Heather would be in the office later this afternoon and she will touch base with them. I asked Liz if she had access to their domain creds and she said no. I told her to ask Dr. Sharma to call me later today.

Emailed Heather, Liz, and Dr. Sharma to ask if we can go live. They were supposed to send me some content to add to the website back on March 27th and never did.

Emailed Heather, Liz, and Dr. Sharma requesting website edits they mentioned they were going to send last week. Haven’t received anything from them yet.

Happy Holidays! I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and are ready for New Years. I wanted to update you on the request to have the full menu in the footer of your website (as seen on Apple’s website). Since you have a large amount of menu items, having each one of them displayed in the bottom menu may take up too much space and overcrowd the entire design. Coming from a patient perspective, you want your website to look as clean and organized as possible and having the full menu on the bottom will make each page longer and difficult to navigate. This will also require some extra coding in the backend, which will take more time.

If you still wish to have all menu items displayed in the footer, please let me know and we will change that for you.

We have actually reviewed quite a bit of websites ourselves and we really would like to focus on layout of the Apple website. Dr. Sharma would like that to be the main inspiration. It is very simple and aesthetically pleasing to the eye, with more straight lines. We also like the “slide-show” featuring different products where we were thinking on highlighting different services. Possibly having them change on a monthly basis.

Other websites you have designed for other guidelines:

Los Altos Spine and Sports: liked the cub appeal and diagram for spinal pain
Hudson Valley Dentistry; clean layout
Avion Dental: effective menu bar with links to social media at top of the page.

Again please use the Apple website as the primary resource while using the aforementioned as other guidelines.

Colors: organic feel. Creams and sage greens (see logo and business cards)

Client has been unresponsive regarding website design.

Please follow up with Elizabeth, letting her know we’d like to move forward in the process. If she has any designs to send to us. Also, send her design URLS that are different and your favorites.

Dr thought you can remove negative review which i told him you can’t on yelp or healthgrades, defeats the purpose. you can “Bury” it which he understood after i explained. Brought up our BRC, showed examples of Dr. Neal Mortensen. Liked the idea. Quoted them $99/m per listing (Business name & Dr’s name)

Will be working with Noel, Heather & Liz. (Heather and Liz seems to be the supervisor/manager who makes the decisions). Noel was primary person I’ve talked to the whole time until towards the end when Heather and Liz finalized.

Had a final ph conference with Heather to finalize. Wanted to see if they can reduce the monthly hosting fee cause they are talkign to Mednet which is charging $30/m. I had explained to her the diff with Mednet and Us. they don’t do custom from scratch like us the and the low monthly fee they have other fees. They offer custom design which is customizing off of a template. Also went over how great our hosting is vs others. Showed her the google developer test while on the phone and did see how mednet scored 65/100 vs us at 95/100. She understands the value and is ready to get started. Will want to do a ph conf this fri but will order today to do the preliminary. Asked to send it over to fax back today.

Heather (office manager) called. Noel told me that she will be calling to ask more questions before making a decision.

Gave her an overview of my convo with Noel and pointers on what makes us different from other competitors. Covered SEO, Design quality, hosting, support.

Conference went great and stated that they will be making a decision within 1-2 weeks. told them that I will be touching base with Noel next week which is confirm.

Had a question about medical videos. They have youtube vid which i confirmed can be added (no extra cost), told them about SWARM $55-$75/m, will show them links to their videos to decide in the future.

Noel called in. Extremely nice. Looking for makeover. likes our design. Went over only the Silver and Gold based on how the convo went. Clarified to him the diff between the 2 which he understood. Looking to get a new one soon but has to discuss with the manager. Told him i’ll call him within 2 days to get started if he is ready. he ok’d the call. Very nice. Sent proposal.
