Dr. Gold and Dr. Rubino have become part of “Team Teeth”. I have a complicated case in which 3 dental professional offices need to coordinate. I had an injury to my front top tooth more than 30 years ago which has caused damage to the root and subsequently bone loss. Losing at least one tooth was inevitable, therefore an implant is required. My bottom teeth were very crowded, making flossing difficult, resulting in some periodontal disease. Before I could get an implant, I needed to have the bone filled-in.
In 2 years the excellent professionals at Montclair Orthodontics have straightened my teeth and facilitated the bone growth necessary for the implant. Now I can floss easily to maintain healthy gums and the rest of the team can take over.
By working so well with my primary dentist and periodontist, the burden of coordinating all the necessary steps was taken off my shoulders. THANK YOU! This has been a daunting process!!! Doctors Rubino and Gold proactively shared via phone and email my progress and coordinated next steps with Dentist and Periodontist to insure the best possible outcome for my oral health.
There is still more to be done, but Dr. Rubino sent me off with 2 retainers. One for the mouth I have today and one for after my teeth have been extracted to keep all the other teeth where they belong. She even painted it to look like teeth! I’ll need a new retainer once the implant process is complete.

Recreated email and the email inbox repopulated, checked with Godaddy as to what might be the issue, they mentioned there was a billing issue on our end but that is definitely not the case as we house many accounts.

3. Photos are coming, but please remove the implant picture (second in slide show), and you can use the picture I sent of Dr. Gold and myself. That family of four pic gets a little old after a while, hoping to send you more actual pictures of patients to use as well. I have attached one to use in black and white – can you put their names small in the lower right corner: Riley, Gavin and Sydney. We plan to retake the office tour, front of the building, and sign photos as well.

4. Do you mean having a video is an extra charge of having you find it is extra? I can send you one but how long should it be?

This was a lost lead. Spoke to dr f, we are going to take a gamble by offering $0 initial and $78/m (with 6 months waived) so we can test and get feedback on the theme system. Offered free trial before ordering

John called. He is the dr’s husband. he comes from a tech background so he understands the terms. He is “considering” a switch and seeing his option. Ortho-sesame offered to update their site cause their site is old and not mobile-friendly. No initial but monthly is still there. Told him we have a lot of clients who are in same scenario that switched over to us for same reason. Quoted him Gold but he didn’t like the high initial fee or any because there is none with ortho-sesame to swtich design and move to a updated server. I offered him to go with SILVER instead and break initial into 4 installments. Told him how we are diff in many regards in quality so initial fee is very competitive. He brought up if we can possibly do no hosting fee for 1 year to offset the initial fee then he may consider which i did to try to get him to go with us over orthoseseme. sent him an email with all the info.
