Nice guy. Had a conversation about the general marketing performance of SEO+PPC. Gave him a breakdown of data and numbers of his adwords campaign as well as SEO numbers. He wants to add Madison, AL to his ad copy as well as location targeting to reach a larger audience. Suggested we allocate more to Google but wants to make a few changes first before making that decision. Told him I would provide him w/the SEO dashboard. Dr called, inquired about his package and what’s included. Wanted clarification which was Gold. explained he has on-site SEO but no Off-site which is in marketing.

Dr is aware of the PPC cause he did that before back then by a local person and it was effective and may want to try again. Also for SEO, quoted him $25/hr and a min of 10 hrs. Recommend to do both.

Dr has good reviews on G+ over 65. Link on site is incorrect so ticket was opened to link it along with suggestion to make it accessible through the site to submit along with make appt button more prominent.

Dr request a consultation next week which is scheduled for Monday at 2pm PST. Will have ppc report ready for him to discuss and possibly start. $500/m ppc + $250/m seo.

We discussed adding a pop-up to your website in case of emergencies or snow days. We are able to custom program a feature but it is additional custom coding that will cost $99. An alternative to this feature would have a message or text appear on the main image. We can have the main image rotate through different pictures and different text. Let me know your thoughts regarding this feature.

A few things to note:
-The T on your logo is parallel to a straight line it is just the image behind it has crooked lines. Hence why the T looks crooked. I have moved the placement of the logo to help correct this issue. Otherwise, you might need to provide an image with the brickwork having straight lines.

Overall, I really like the design and colors of the draft.

A few things:

– Can we change my logo colors to more closely resemble the colors of the site so the blues are more similar. I like the colors of the site being this color instead of my logo colors.
–(Change logo colors to match website)

– I want to make sure the more pertinent info is towards the top, probably in that 2nd title bar at the bottom of the page before scrolling.(CTA) Mainly being the address and email address but I also like something along the lines of my current website saying “Tyson Dental is conveniently located in the Kroger/Watercress Green shopping center, right off of Highway 72 (University Drive)” somewhere towards the top. This can be shortened or consolidated if needed.

– I would like to change the order of the home page. I would rather have info about our office/staff and testimonials above our services.

– I’m pretty sure we will change this later, but I want to make sure the I have more diversity and age variations in the stock photos. I do not like the header photo and may want to use a new personal family picture there again.

– I’m not sure exactly what type of educational videos I am provided through you guys with the Gold package, but I may want a separate menu tab for them. Is there a place I can view these videos now?

– I also want a menu tab for new patients – I don’t want a Twitter link on the site. Let’s do an Instagram one. I’ll create the account.

Dr called per our scheduled phone conference. Sounded very nice. Site was built by his friend but wants a more advanced custom site with good seo and a company to manage for him. I brought up that we have a client in Huntsville that is on 1st page of Google which shows that we can get him there too.

I went over utilizing the new sales script to discuss all the main keywords and pointers. It was difficult to go by this script bc dr was very quient and I didn’t want to do too much talking.

Dr did speak to a few companies and doing comparison, looking to do a site in about a month. assured him that our rates and quality is very competitive so we will match and beat any offer by at least 10%.

started off with Platinum and ended up moving to Gold and Silver cause I couldn’t get an answer on what his budget was or if it was too high or low.
