We will have the logo fixed on the form. I looked into our other clients and we don’t have practices that require us to manage their x-rays. They usually have their own software to manage x-rays since they are fairly large, as you had mentioned. We don’t have dedicated space available on our servers for x-rays.
As an alternative, you can set up an individual jotform account which will allow you to link to dropbox. The dropbox storage would have to be purchased by you and will give you up to 1TB of space.

Please contact doctor regarding SEO. All references to Silicon Valley has been removed from site, he has waited a few months (as stated in Danny’s notes #80527 but still hasn’t seen results.
Title tags – told doctor we reviewed site and because of limit in characters, it would be best to keep the cities and practice names instead of zip codes. Only local people would search for zip codes, more chances of someone searching by city, practice.
Mentioned to him he only has on-site SEO and he would need to look into off-site SEO we offer. He thinks he would get some results based on what he currently has.
Keeps comparing us to his friend’s company who is getting much better results in the same area. Told doctor they have their own system and we wouldn’t be able to compare.
He is thinking about switching companies if we don’t give him results he is looking for.

Other suggestions was G+ Listing which I had advised dr to claim/verify and once done, we will link it to his site to build reputability along with him getting reviews. This listing will is more prominent than the SEO part. Dr undrestands and will work on this. We will reconnec in 1-2 months to see how the progress is and what other adjustmetns we can do. For now, dr understands our priority is Saratoga… then Los Gatos, Campbell. For San Jose, it is very difficult.

Dr likes site to be animated. Very nice. Had questions about making an appt, showed him it is standard. Other option is through practice manangement software which is dependent on the software. Very hot lead. Sent email with proposal. Practice opens in about 6 months but understands to get the site up soon to build history.
