    Spoke with Dr. – he called – he was looking at Tucker Chiropractic – told him that was a very old design – he was in a dilemma with our company because the monthly fee – Officite offered to make his site responsive for $497 – explained to him our $500 allows him to get a NEW design and make it responsive – the monthly is higher but if he is better converting patients, that $69 vs $54 should not matter – he wants to see our template gallery – Chandra will send him an invoice

     

    Dr didnt know that giving me his credit card is his approval of moving forward with our company — addressed to him that I told him if he wishes to move forward I can take a phone order and have my accountant sent you and invoice and have my designer contact you right away (Original conversation on June 20th)

    Justin… I don’t understand the computer stuff that much. I tried to do some research and there are a lot of terms I am unfamiliar with.
    There was a Online chiro that had zero set up and $39.95 a month, ChiroMatrix, and perfect patients, so many… The one that seems the best is Optimized 360…
    I am just trying to compare apples to apples and not apples to oranges. At one time you said it would take a couple thousand to redo my website and a couple of times were were special promotions like at first 1/2 off $800 to upgrade… but you talked about google and the SEO …
    Could you help me understand what it would take to stay with you versus switching to get what I need to work on mobile devices and keep going.
    I appreciate the $54 a month but can see improvements need to be made.
    Several keep calling me and sending me emails and hate to ignore it any more…
    I’d appreciate a list of what I would get for how much if upgrade with you to keep montly the same… Thanks

    Justin you have been very kind and helpful… I just do not that the social networking skills…I just haven’t had much experience with websites.
    The main thing that got me started was that Dynamic Chiropractic had a “To Your Health” Newsletter. We started collecting patients emails and they sent out our newsletters with our name on the top. A company helped us with a website and then they said they would no longer be able to help us referred us to Officite that would handle setting up a website for us and continue delivering the newsletter “To Your Health”. We like that idea of continuing sending out the newsletter. I will try to find time tomorrow to see if I can continue sending out the newsletter without it being associated with our website with Officite. I need to clear this up first.

    #2 I got a letter billing from iDNS out of Jersey City to “Domain Owner…. expiration date 8/17/16….. I turned over the renewal of my domain name to Office site…. Can that be transferred over when I switch to you… do you guys take care of it or would I?

    #3 The main think is the price…. I’m over 60 and change is difficult… stayed with company before because they didn’t require changes…. price same … started $49 went up to $54 but when started to go up again I questioned and since been with them for years kept it at $54. I need to update info… my wife died and remarried…. staff quit and Jan started working here 5 years ago… I changed a couple of things a couple months ago but haven’t required any assistance no changes for years. I’d like to get a simple website going but don’t need a lot elaborate…. show up on Google…. patients can contact….download of forms…. a couple of things but not too techo savy but I’d like to edit … typing on a page or put in a photo here and there if I have simple instructions on how to maintain myself.

    #4 I am confused with companies…. how to change….Could I send couple of emails from rep from Officite? I don’t understand why I have to change…. but when I try to look at my website it isn’t perfectly laid out for mobile device…. I am not sure about the SEO. changes they want to make for a lot of money….
    Can I get by with just switching to you for basic package and have set fee?

    I sent a couple of emails from officiate… sorry but just trying to figure out how things compare…. bottom dollar and what entails to switch.

    You keep calling and I appreciate you being so kind and patient to me…. We don’t have that many patients but I spend time with each and fill my day trying to help people… not so good and the details but see importance of a good website. I had smaller yellow page ad but know now days need to switch mentality.
