Client called (vivian) – was getting a little frustrated regarding her social media service that have had with our company and what she has been experiencing

Mentioned that she didnt want it to get to the point where she would pull the plug on us for everything.

She asked before (She forgot who she spoke with) – if she can merge an existing facebook page – someone told her she couldnt – she recently had a staff within the office figure it out and they are trying to merge it but it appears that they can’t move forward because we have ownership over the FB page we created – that upset her a lot

She figures it is best she takes care of all the social medias at this point – told her I understand her concern and if she needs anything to please call me first so I can have things resolved

She appreciated it and is expecting the login credentials to the socials – also educated her on what Google+ is and benefits

Please send Vivian the login credentials to ALL her social medias in which we created.

Please also transfer ownership of her Facebook page over to her.
They are trying to merge two existing pages but are unable to proceed because we are the owners of one of them.

1. Change our FB page from ‘Health’ to Dentist
2. Vivian figured out how to merge their accounts, the one set up from FB and the one we had set up. Please inform her if this can be done. She had inquired about it in the past.

After the accounts are initially created, you will have to verify Google Plus in order for the profile to be completely published. Don’t worry, we’ll send you specific instructions on how to do this.

You have also ordered a monthly blog with us in which we will need 6-12 topics from you. These topics can range from anything about your specialty or otherwise. Please send those topics as soon as possible so that our copywriters can get it started for you. After these topics are received, we will publish an article every month to your website and social media accounts.

She needs some changes to the wording of the site – does not like how some content flows – for example – sterling root canal, she mentioned there is no such thing as a sterling root canal – explained ot her it is for SEO – she understands but wants the site to be informational and not “salesy” – she wants to remove the staff photos and just keep the doctor and hygienist

Spoke with Terry – Vivian was not available to take my call – had a good conversation with her – she is looking for social marketing and to re-do their website – says Vivian will most likely contact people tomorrow of who she is interested in – went over Platinum Package – they want to see other packages and pricing – printed out our different packages – says we are the best one she talked to so far but it is ultimately up to the doctor and vivian – told her I did research of her website and her area – expressed by game plan
