In addition, back in the day when the website was ready for view, we also mentioned that in the link of testimonials there was one from “Jennifer L.” that talks about ample parking that does not apply since we are located in mid town Manhattan and no one drives here. Please remove immediately. We are working into having real patients to write real testimonials and as soon as we have them, we will send them to you.

Lastly, there is also a link for Promotions that needs to be removed as well, since we are a boutique style practice and promotions are seldom offered to very selective patients.

The sleep apnea box was meant to show what it would look like if someone were to hover over the box. Much like these effects (http://tympanus.net/Development/HoverEffectIdeas/).

When it is not being hovered, it would look like the rest of the boxes. The other boxes will have the same hover effect as well.

I’ve attached two designs to discuss over the phone with you soon. They are quite different and the reason why is to get a new perspective on the terms of style and the decisions that went through both designs.

I was unable to get back to you on Friday but would like to speak with you today.
If all goes well here I can connect around 5pm EST.

Our original agreement was in May and we are now in August without a design to look at or even a conversation with requests for photography.

To actually stop and not attempt to reach us for a while because you couldn’t locate an acceptable photo of Rockefeller Center is not necessary.

I would like to see a design this week and we can fill in the blanks.
It is up to you to direct us.. If I have to do all of the research then I am not sure why we would hire you.

We have paid $78/month to manage a nonexistent web site.
I would like daily communication until this is done.
I would like a launch deadline of August 15th. something you should have put in place a long time ago.

I didn’t receive a blurb from the doctor to get to know her personality, so I went ahead and tried to go for a design based on what we talked about.

Because your practice is in New York, I decided to take a few modern design standards to this site. The Menu is a toggle menu that pushes in when you click on it. Much like this (http://tympanus.net/Blueprints/SlidePushMenus/)

I went for a slightly Art Deco inspired design based on the type of clientele you had described. The artwork in your office also lends to that type of design. I tried to incorporate a tiffany blue in a tasteful way since it can become overpowering.

Since you went over how your practice is a referral based practice, the overall structure of the design is meant to do two things: 1. Establish a connection with the locals (skyline of new york) 2. Feature the doctor.

You said that the goal of the website isn’t really to attract new patients, so we simplified and decided not to add any testimonials or featured services on the front page as these are used to help attract new patients. This helps put the spotlight on just the doctor herself.

Dr called me back, lm. I called dr back on her cell. Very nice. Office is in Manhattan, NY (Very competitive). Wants to focus on Sleep Apnea and her practice is fee for service. Asked about 1st page… went over with her how SEO works and how i told her it is nearly impossible and to focus on Adwords. Told Dr for Sleep Apnea keyword only, it will be at least $500/m to target those prospective patients. Went over our Gold… wants custom and possibly ownership. Stated she is close to signing with another ocmpany but came across ours. Dr likes clean open design. Asked for clients in/around NY. Told her I will send over examples per her request. Assured her we are dental focused which is what she liked. Moderate to hot lead. Told her to let me match and beat anyones proposal cause she will be making a decision within 1-2 weeks.
