Chelsea called. playing phone tags. Extremely nice. looking for a makeover. Gathering info for the dr cause current site was developed by a friend of his and it is not user-friendly. Wants a company that can manage for them and at the same time they have access.

– asked her what budget set aside for this. She didn’t know. Told her we have 3 packages ranging from $2k to $7k but we can tailor any package for them based on their feature and budget.
– started with our Platinum. Told her the features, likes the Ownership but does not need logo or social (has it already).
– went over the Gold but I included the ownership in the pricing quote since that’s what she mentioned how dr will definitely want. I told her its also included in the Gold.
– discussed Silver as well but downplayed on that and recommended to go with the Gold.

– went over with her the design process and how we differ from other companies when it comes to design quality and pricing.
– She mentioned she was gathering info so i told her when is a good time this week or next week to touch base. stated towards middle end of next week so i told her how about Wed same time…. she will be expecting a call from my. Very nice. Sent her email with proposal and also examples of our work
