She wanted to do 10 miles for $500 but i told her its better to reduce the coverage which will maximize conversion. Dr ok’d to start on campaign and test for a few months. Will need to setup landing page for her teeth whitening promo. Dr authorized to move fwd.

She may be considering it now because she was confused what PPC was vs Adwords which I explained it was the same. gave her an overview of how the campaign works and quoted her to start with a min of $500/m ($16/day) but preferable $1,000/m ($32/day)

    Belinda number one will affect the entire network. If this is okay and good code let me know. For 3, this wouldn't apply since theme images aren't there and our child theme images should already be optimized before production. If its for the media lib we would have to install a plugin site wide (that we are trying to avoid) that we may not need as this client only has the one image. We also have press dns which should also speed things up. Since they have control over what they upload to their template every time they upload something we would have to go in and optimize the images. Let me know what you want to do from this list.

    Dr called, very nice. Has a site she did herself through hostgator (template). Went there and its just a basic wordpresss page (empty theme). Has a logo already.

    – introduced Platinum package (dr stated it was out of her budget). “what’s the lower package”.
    – intro the Gold which I stated since she has a logo, this a perfect fit. She asked how about the “silver package.
    – Talked about the Silver, it was still out of range.
    – i then asked her what is the budget she had set aside for this project and stated $600. Very nice and friendly throughout the convo.
    – I brought up our “customizable theme” that we’ve recently launched that is tailored to our clients to accommodate them better with their budget but offer high-quality design and features that is superior to other template companies.
    – Dr was more interested in this and excited based on what she can do. Gave her an overview of the process where we will setup her account (login credentials), initial pt library tailored to her practice. She will have access to select a theme and customize the theme herself to fit her current logo.
    – Told her we can get this ready for her today and asked her to get started. She stated to send over the info to review and she will let me know later on today or tomorrow to proceed.
