There is a new hygenist, Kim Jacobs, who has lots of followers. They want to create a “landing page” that has her info and a link to doctor’s site. He’s asking if he still has a second domain in his package. I said will have to check on this. If so, would like it to be something like kimjacobshygenist.com…would this be possible?

He doesn’t appear to have SEO but keeps saying if they google kim jacobs, they want it to appear in search results at or near top of list. Told him he would need to look into SEO.

Dr. Goldberg would like more info comparing different social google products – mentioned google places, business,etc.

To whom it may concern:
I’ve been doing some research online, and I found a few things I would like to address with my website.

1) Websites need to be able to be navigated with only a keyboard. This may already be the case, and if so, please explain how to open drop-down menus with the keyboard. I’ve tried playing around with that, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do so.
2) Users need to be able to manipulate color and font settings on their end in order to make pages readable.
3) I bet you have access to screen readers which can read the text of a website aloud in order to see if it can read the content clearly and correctly.

Client complained that there are a lot of typos and grammatical errors within his posts and website.

I already corrected it, but it was from the post on October 1st at 5:47 am. The sentence reads, “…to help his patients in a variety or dental and oral health issues.” I had to add the word “in” to that sentence, and while that’s not a big deal it’s something that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Who’s writing these posts? Who’s writing the content? What’s the quality control process of making sure things are correct?

Also, I think a lot of people have hesitations with implants and root canals, because they’re concerned about cost, pain, or both.
With that being said if you have anything explaining the long-term benefits of saving a tooth with a root canal and a crown as well as something else going into the details of how an implant is the best substitute dentistry has for a tooth replacement that would be great.

• colors: refer to logo, but not using the exact bright. He likes how irvine endo uses softer purple rather than his bright colors. He’s not married to his logo either.

Had a 1 hour conversation with both doctors – answered a lot of questions – dr goldberg was very quiet the whole time – says he does not understand everything (terms and lingos) – he just wants to see his son before he sleeps – got off the phone 40 mins in – spoke with Dr. Greenberg – very nice – likes me more than other companies – comparing us with TNT dental – sent custom proposal for 12 months to beat their proposal – they also want social marketing

Spoke with Dr. Roy – very nice – he is calling on behalf of Dr. Goldberg – will discuss with Dr. Goldberg on Monday – will make a decision by mid week – told him I will call him on Tuesday – is looking at Prosites & TNT – was with Prosite way back then – had no problems with them but they didnt really stand out as much too – he wants to choose a company in which he sees value in – told him how we compare – sent custom proposal – he wants to see reviews/testimonials
