    Chan, please go ahead and refund Dr. Barrett ONLY the WEB deposit. The charge for the LOGO design ($750) is the only charge that should stay.

    Dr will let us know when to restart the web project when he acquires a new practice location (1st one fell out). I believe we had charged him $1,375 so the refund is $1,375 – $750 + $625. Please confirm this and let me know so I can notify Dr. Thank you!

    Dr stated the other day he wanted to hold off on this web project but move fwd with logo design cause of budgeting issue. I am still working it out with him to push dr to move fwd with the website project.

    I will definitely keep that in mind with your logo colors. Your logo is currently still being design — it is taking longer than normal. However, so that we do not waste time, I have my developer team coding your site as we speak. It should be available for you to view and customize with content by Tuesday/Wednesday. At that time, we should have a few drafts of your logo ready as well! I will keep you posted on the timelines!

    Dr putting project on hold due to his practice acquisition that fell through. He is in process of getting a new practice purchase which will take a few months. Dr will let me know when he is ready to start the web project again. Had talked dr into just creating the site and when he has the location we can simply personalize it. this way he can start building history on Google and also expedite this later on. Dr stated he simply want to just pay for the logo that was done and will start on the web project when he has the new practice.

    Called Dr. – Extremely nice. He likes 1 of our design www.LibraryPlazaDental.com – Went over Silver & Gold. Dr wants to go with that exact design and did notice they are not anywhere near him. Understands how our silver is different from template companies. Wants to make sure opendental software can connect which I assured him it has nothing to do with the site but on their end with a secured link that connects to the office. Dr wants to get started. Sent him email to fax back proposal to start today. Also wants custom logo as well. Will do that after site is launched with same designer, use concept of the design he’s chosen
