This is to confirm that yes I am cancelling services as of Friday September 9th and I am waiting for credentials/ files for my website. Richard is an associate of Cochran Orthodontics and is authorized to cancel services as of September 9th. If you have questions Richard will assist you further. I did notice also I was billed for services on the 28th of August when my billing date is the 5th of September. From what date will proration occur? August 28th or September 5th?

Spoke with Richard – he wanted to stay anonymous – addressed hes worked with reach local and sesame – knows almost every doctor in the country – is very knowledgeable – says knows how sales people like us are – claims that our adwords is not effective and the numbers sent over are impossible – claims that we are using exact match for adwords – he thought that our company created an Ad using the doctors name and linked it to southtexasorthodontics.com – claims that we created Dr. Devin S. Cochran or placed incorrect info on the Listing that THEY had to personally fix – was trying to educate me the whole time – told him that we did not create Devin S Cochran and that we created Cochran Orthodontics which is linked on his site – told him how our company works and that we do not fish on short term clients – rentention is very important and we would not jeopardize our reputation – he liked that I did not promise 1st Page placemet or claimed that I am with google to the doctor – he read all my emails – I told him that we have a misunderstanding and as he can see with my email – I am not one to mislead the client and for him to understand we have a mutual agreement that we are different – he kept trying to educate and went into details about certain things – he was a very nice guy and reasonable though – he does not want us to try to save the client

Requesting for me to email the doctor that he has ownership of the sit – they want all credentials to his site to transfer site and manage on his own – wants to keep hosting up for the month that they paid – wants to cancel all service right now – will email Dr. Cochran what I had discussed with the Richard

This year marks Ashley’s 14th year in orthodontics and working with Dr. Cochran. She brings a lot of

April began working with Dr. Cochran in 2005 and currently has 18 years of experience in Dentistry and

Orthodontics. She is a Texas registered dental assistant, certified in Radiology, coronal polishing and

CPR. She loves Orthodontics and treating patients, working hard to make sure they have the best

experience and results possible. April believes that a beautiful smile is contagious and the opportunity to

get straight teeth is something everyone should have. She is a proud mother of three beautiful children

and is married to loving husband Matt. Their love of the outdoors and Crossfit physical conditioning,

keep them busy when not with the kids.

Treatment Coordinator/Financial Coordinator

As a Treatment Coordinator for Cochran Orthodontics, Patrice works to educate new and

existing patients on their treatment plan. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked

with Dr. Cochran for 8 years. Patrice’s goal is make everyone’s orthodontic experience stress

free and enjoyable. She loves welcoming new patients to our office and introducing them to the

world of orthodontics. The long-term relationships she develops with the families and being a

part of the orthodontic experience with them brings her great joy. She appreciates all the time,

quality, and dedication Dr. Cochran puts into each individual patient and couldn’t imagine

working for a better orthodontic practice. When not at work Patrice enjoys spending time with

her two children and family dog Harley. She has a true love for physical fitness and dedicates

much of her free time to strength and endurance training which she enjoys with daughter.

Scheduling Coorinator/ Insurance Specialist/ Registered Dental Assistant

Maigon has worked several positions at Cocrhan Orthodontics. She began as an assistant and is currently our administrative coordinator. She has been working in dentistry for over eight years as a Registered Dental Assistant. When she first started, she immediately fell in love with the field.

She loves spending time with her husband, Travis and daughter, Kyndrah. As a family, they enjoy fishing and hunting. She is an active member with CBC, San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo as well as Cross Trail Outfitters.

Maigon is the friendly smiling face that greets our patients and does an amazing job maximizing everybody’s insurance benefits. She enjoys helping all of our patients obtain the smile of their dreams.

My experience : My experience at this Orthodontics was fabulous. Tiffany always worked on my teeth and she was always fun loving and a joy to be around. Also, the Treatment Coordinator, Patrice, was very helpful during the the process to get my braces on so that they could come off quicker. I was one of the “lucky” ones to get my braces on my freshman year of highschool which is not too fun when all your friends are getting them off. But under the circumstances they made my experience very enjoyable and did their best to get them off as quick as possible. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Cochran and team have done excellent work for both of my teenagers over the past 6 years. My son’s teeth proved to take longer than anticipated, and the team was very patient and attentive to ensure that ultimately his teeth look perfect. He is so pleased and excited. I cant say enough about the service and excellent work. Highly recommend this team!

What a wonderful experience! Having had braces as a child, I dreaded the process as an adult. Dr. Cochran and his staff recommended Invisalign for me and it was soooo much better! I didn’t feel like anyone really noticed the braces, the pain was significantly less, and I was finished in much less time than I expected. Now my pretty smile is back and I look forward to years of easy dental care. Thank you, Dr. Cochran and staff!

I am the mother of two teenage girls, combined they have been patients for 10 years of Dr.Cochrans’. Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Cochran and his staff for the wonderful job they have done for both my girls. Dr.Cochran is always so pleasant and always takes the time to explain how the treatment is going and what to expect for the duration of treatment. My youngest daughter is getting ready to get her braces off and she is so excited and loves the way her teeth look. I would definately recommend Dr.Cochran to anyone because it is very hard to find a caring compassionate doctor these days.
