I would like to add a blog to our homepage that is able to be updated daily or weekly. I can do the updates every week but I need to have the space on the homepage created where I can add the blogs. I would like it to be where it shows a preview of the first two or three blog posts to be located at the bottom of the page. Exact location on the page to be after the “See what our patient’s say and before the logos “Invisalign” etc. I would then like the actual separate blog page where the full blogs can be seen to be located underneath “About us” and under Financial Options.

I also would like to add in a window to our most recent Facebook posts. This can be located next to the blog post preview or underneath. An example can be seen at the website listed below.

I have listed an example from another website that shows the preview of the first two blogs and then you can see the full blog listed elsewhere on the website. I have also attached screenshots for the locations in the word doc.

All of the sudden I cannot log into the website to edit it. For example: I log into the 360 control panel and then click on edit website. It makes me log in again and when I type in the username and password it tells me incorrect username and password, even though I just used it to sign in to the control panel. On top of that, the auto login that I used to be able to use no longer works. This has been going on for about 1 week now and I have changed the password three times in an attempt to fix it.

Thank you for figuring this out and getting it up on the site. It looks good but with how important reviews are, especially as I build a brand new practice, it defeats the purpose to only be allowed to show three reviews. I think I was misled by Google on how this would be displayed. If we are not able to show all reviews (and responses) then I will have to continue posting them manually like I’ve been doing. I’m sorry for all the trouble but can you please remove it from the site?

Thank you for fixing the contact us page. When you look at the page, it has all of the content listed twice. Can you please remove the duplicate content? Also, we were thinking we should remove “Appointments” and adjust the spacing between “Contact Us” and “Dr. Ryan Coursey” and bring up “Office Hours” so the spacing matches the spacing between “contact us” and “dr. ryan coursey” as well. Does that make sense?

Can you please send me access to the Web Logs for the webpage or copies of them? I am having a problem with my competitors clicking on my Google ads and need to find out the IP addresses of everyone who is visiting the website so I can exclude them from clicking on the ads.

Google is saying that it shows that my website isn’t verified through Google through webmaster central/Google Search Console, even though it says it is. Google told me to notify you of this and you would be able to complete the process before the website can be added. I believe I am able to add you as a manager to the website through the settings to accomplish this.

Thanks for having the smile gallery page fixed. It looks much better. Catherine was able to get the meta tag embedded too! I’ve finished updating all of the procedures section but have a few things that need to be fixed that I don’t know how to do…

On mobile, when you click on “Procedures” I can’t see the 6 links to the procedure sections (General, Implant, Preventative, etc.)

On the home page:
1. We need to link our facebook & google plus pages to the website

2. Picture of Smile Makeover should link to Cosmetic Dentistry page

On each of the procedures pages, the line to the left of the verbiage is longer than the words. Can it be moved up to fit appropriately? Is there a better way to format this or make it stand out? Maybe put the line on both the left and right side? Also, on each page, can we change the font color of “calling our office” so it stands out more than just the underline with the hyperlink?

1. Can the bullets at the bottom be moved over one or two more tabs to the right?

I deleted the sub-menus that dropped down off of Cosmetic Dentistry & Preventative Care. However, when I’m on the General & Advanced Dentistry page or the Implants page and I hover over Cosmetic or Preventative, the old sub-menus still appear. Can you please make sure those sub-menus are removed regardless of the browser used (I don’t see it on Firefox but I do with chrome).

These should be all of the changes for now until we get the updated office photos.

Can you have them fix the contact us page so the map is positioned better? It moved when I updated the hours.

I haven’t heard from Catherine. I have been advised that I cannot legally upload any of my patient before/after photos from my old office, therefore, I won’t be able to provide pictures for the smile gallery until the office is open and new releases are signed. I’ll get those to you at some point in the future. For the time being, I like the whitening and full mouth cosmetic treatment photos you have currently but would prefer different ones for the other three, if possible. I would like real life photos that are aesthetically pleasing instead of the cartoons.

The videos, while very accurate about how procedures are done, are not patient friendly under the Procedures section. I would prefer to remove the videos and use a few pictures with brief descriptions of each procedure instead. When you click on each category from the drop down menu, I would like to list the treatments as shown on the attached word document with a brief description of each.

Under the Invisalign section, I have attached before/after photos and will email you a video and picture to use in this section. Let me know if you do not receive two additional emails as they are large files.

I’ve attached a picture from Invisalign that I’d like to use on the home page in place of the current photo of the clear trays under Invisalign Clear Braces.

Can you please remove the apostrophe in “It’s” on the home page where it says “Where Tulsa Wears Its Smiles?”

Also, on the contact us page, can you please move the email and phone number down to be listed on the left side below the address and move office hours up? I think we’re missing the warmth on this page. Can we include a short blurb about why the patients should contact us? Does that make sense?

I really like the way it’s turning out and I think this is a great start. I spent some time looking at the test site and have a few changes.

Overall, I think the home page needs to look more like the preliminary one you sent (attached).
1. Change the links at the top to what they originally were

a. Remove Patient Forms since it’s next to the phone number

b. Under the “About Us” – please list in the drop down menu tabs listed as “Meet Dr. Coursey” “Meet Our Team” “Office Information” and “Financial Options”

c. Please move up “Where Tulsa Wears Its Smiles” like it was originally shown

d. After moving around the links, if there is more room created, make the logo bigger. I like the location though.

2. Shift map to the right so our location/shopping center is more visible and centered to the right

3. Procedures Offered on the homepage changed order. Please change the order back to what is listed on the attachment. You can leave sports guards toward the bottom of the list and permanent bridges is listed twice.

4. Under the procedures tab, I would like to have some drop down menu items here: “General and Advanced Dentistry” “ Cosmetic Dentistry” “Invisalign” “Implants” “Preventative Care” “Comfort Dentistry” and move the current “Videos” tab at the end of the drop downs (or you can eliminate the videos tab, I haven’t decided yet.) Each of these tabs will go to a page that will have the appropriate procedures listed in that category. This has basically been done and is located under the current “Patient Education Tab”

5. Under promotions tab, I like what you wrote here so please incorporate the text here, but let’s add in a few coupons or actual promotions: Attached to this email is a flyer that I’m going to send out shortly. Please feel free to use these coupons here. This is a page that I imagine will change a lot but I think it’s a good start.

6. There is a link to the smile gallery at the bottom, I would like to have it at the top like the preliminary one you sent. I really like how you have these sample photos in here. Do you have any different “Tooth-Colored Fillings” and “Porcelain Crown” photos? I actually have a lot of great photos, but I need to check with my attorney on posting patient photos.

7. On the “contact us” page- I would like to have text here that will really seal the deal. Something the patient can read and will feel comfortable and confident about making an appointment. I would also rather prefer they call the office to make an appointment. So when the text on this page will reflect this. Then we can have the contact form. For the contact form, can we have a larger more friendly format here? Also, can you switch the captcha with the “I’m not a robot” recaptcha? It’s the one where you only have to click the box and not type it in (sorry these ones where you can’t read what the letters are and have to type in what you see drive me insane.)

Here is an updated draft! I used an older woman as I felt we were missing a representation of an older demographic within your site. Let me know if this works for you! I made the intro section a little larger font and I changed out your photo.

Things like office hours, phone# changes, address changes — any practice information can be changed without charge! We do understand that you are setting up your practice and that sometimes this information changes so we do not charge for changing this information. The general rule is any text can be edited/changed without charge.

So that we are not waiting to develop (this takes 1-2 weeks) I do want to coordinate changing the invisalign picture, adding in the lumineers logo and replacing the office images after development as a promise to you with no charge just so that we can get started on coding the site.

All there is left to confirm is the woman at the testimonial section and if we get that we can move on to the next step! Please let me know what you think

I have attached a draft updating the logo, invisalign photo, re-arrange the procedures offered and adding a final link. I had made the product/association logos monochromatic so that it won’t make the design too cluttered feeling if they were full color. It is my recommendation, from a design standpoint, to keep them a more tame/soft color so it is more consistent with the design.

As for the girl in the “see what our patient say” it is integrated into the design so we will have to decide on this now. The main reason being that it was chosen mainly to match your overall design/color scheme. Let me know if you want to decide on a different picture or change it.

In general, we will be able to assist you in changing anything after development, however, depending on the change, it may incur extra charge. Using your feedback, I will go into detail on what changes would be charged for and wouldn’t be charged for after development.

Changes that would be charged:
Using a different invisalign picture
Changing out the picture of the girl in “See what our patient say”

Changes what would not be charged:
Re-arranging text of procedures.
Renaming the procedures above their images
Adding Lumineer logo (previously agreed on)
Replacing photos with your office (previously agreed on)

In the orange (last two items) are considered design elements that are usually charged extra fees to adjust, however, in this case these are things brought up prior to development that I do not want to hold up the process of developing your site. Basically, these are promised changes after development so that we can approve to develop as fast as we can since development (coding the site) can take 1-2 weeks.
