Now they are back to square one looking at possibly going with dentrix. At this point, he was concern about hosting because hosting with dentrix is included. I told him it is not the same because they are template and the hosting cost is hidden within their package. Secondly, we had a lot of clients who have had to swtiched over to us because of the level of service/support for this. Oral Surgeons interested in Website, PBHS requires WIN-OMS software and vice versa. PBHS charges $2,000 + $15 in addtion to website cost for the "Truform" and WIN-OMS as well $4,000 for software. If client goes with WIN-OMS but uses other forms, WinOMS charges $4,000 for their software instead of $2,000 so its discounted if uses PBHS website. Arun really wants to work with us and the only prevention here is the TRU-Form. I brought to his attention what a lot of our clients do as an alternative is have the forms made available because the main thing here is for patients to feel they can minimize their wait time. And secondly how long does it take for yoru staff to enter it manually unless you're getting 20 new patients a day. At this point, does the $2,000 extra + $15/m justify this function. will see after discussing with his wife tonight.
