The 1st-page in 3 days refers to the Google Adwords (PPC) which is what we were discussing the whole time. This we can guarantee clients that they are found within 1-3 business days once the campaign is setup.

With regards to the SEO, once the site is launched live online, it will take a few weeks for Google to reindex the entire site. Reindex basically means it will cross-reference all the pages content & coding (backend) matching it up with the domain’s history they have on file. We have a plugin that is by default installed on the site called “YOAST” which is a guidance for the SEO with Google.

Attached are a few screenshots of their current SEO ranking (organic) for one of the main keywords which is “dentist”. All the locations with exception to Siler City is highly competitive which is expected. Every location and even every keyword will give the site a different ranking. Being on page 2 is basically the same as page 100th of the search results because visitors do not click on page 2 or at times scroll down on page 1. It is important to stay as high up on the 1st page as possible and as you can see, it is the PPC Ad section above the map. Clients need to understand this when you speak to them.

The PPC campaign will get you on the 1st-page which is guaranteed with Google for competitive areas.
