With regards to SEO, we are up to date with SEO and make changes for our clients website when we develop their site which will be the most up to date.     Called. Spoke to Dr Seran, very nice. Shopping around and spoken to a few companies. Asked about SEO because they include it for about $300-$400/m alone requiring contract. I went over with her to be careful with SEO companies and how they do things. Told her SEO is included in our Gold. Also included Logo Design for her (being aggressive). Pushed dr to close today but dr wants to review and get back to me. Dr is very much interested and stated she will let me know by end of the week. Hot lead, call in 2 days to finalize.

    pointed out to dr about how she will need more than just 5 pages. Gave her an example of jcpdentistry.com which has over 20 pages at least. Secondly, told her for SEO, you will definitely need more pages. a page basically for each dental procedure vs having all of it on 1 page. Google thrive off of information. Gave her proposal to waive the 1st 4 monthly fees which we have more room there, not the initial fee. Secondly, we can cover the 1st months of adwords.

    Dr called me back apologizing having to leave abruptly earlier. Discussed more on marketing. Other companies quoting her $1,000/m with a 6 month contract. Gave her pointers on avoiding contracts when it comes to marketing. Assured her that we will help her with marketing once site is launched. Gave her example of budget of lets say $200/m will target 2 miles and $400 for 4 miles. For La Puenta, I will need to analyze and give her quotes. Dr is aware those are just examples on the flexibility of the budget but it depends on the specialty and the demographic. Dr stated she will talk to her husband. Told her I'll call her in a few days which she wanted me to.
