My name is Kori Dobitz, I have been the main contact person for our website since we have started services with you. I just wanted to let you know that I will no longer be employed at Feil Orthodontics as of 3-12-18. We will need to change our login information and e-mail that our analytics reports come to to the following, info@bismarckbraces.com. I could not find anywhere to change this info on the control panel, so please let me know when this gets done, so I can check that off my list 🙂 thank you.

Can we get a new drop down, “Make a Payment” under our patient info tab? The link to make a payment is currently in the body copy of the Flexible financing page (that can be removed from the financing page once the new drop down is created).

Is there a way we can add a google calendar link or pop up to our invisalign page so people can schedule a short 30 minute scan just on that page?

On top of our form on the invisalign page, can you add text that says. “Contact us today for a free consultation.”

On our header, where is says, “Locations: Mandan, Dickinson, Beulah” can you replace the word “locations” with “Bismarck”, so it just says “Bismarck, Mandan, Dickinson, Beulah” Also, could you make each locatioin in the header to were you can click on it and it will take you to our locations page http://www.bismarckbraces.com/locations/

We like the new front page photo! Can we just have it resized so it is easier to read the logo and so her hair is not cutting off the location?

-I noticed that the image for the colored braces got changed on the mobile site, but on for the desktop. I like the new photo better, but do you by any chance have one that would have more whitespace around it, or can edit that one, so it looks more uniform with the other ones?

– On our mobile site, the “smile with feil orthodontics” text is still overlapping on the woman’s face.

Please make this into a slider. Currently we have three befores and after sets. Please label each photo “Before” and “After” instead of what it currently is.

Can we make a couple of changes to the front page? We are working on getting this all wrapped up.

– We would like to change the text that says “complimentary consultations” since it is in the button right below that as well. We were thinking “Smile with Feil Orthodontics”

– Remove the text under the clear brackets picture that says “move teeth much faster”

– change the patient form button on the top to say Our team, or meet your team and link it to that page since we were no longer going with the patient forms.

– Can you send us a couple different images for that front page that might be possible to replace the current main image? We have been getting some feedback that we would like someone more inviting looking. That age demographic is probably still what we are looking for however.

These photos are to update our staff page. Two of them will be new ones (Ashly and Kayla). I am working on getting their bios, so for now you can just write “coming soon” next to their pics and I will insert the text once I get them.

Can we remove the maps from the bottom of the website. They are a little distracting when you are scrolling through the page if you land on the maps, you can’t move around. I am not sure if we need something else there to make it visually appealing, or if it would be fine just removing them. if you need to add something else in, feel free too.

Here is a general overview of what we want our retention page to include. Please feel free to clean it up and re-write it so it is easier to read.

Our patient forms were recently added to our “First Visit” tab. The “clear braces” icon in the first page is taking me to a link about invasalign, which should not be the case.
