Called dr at 8pm PST per Dr’s request. Spent over an hour on the phone. Dr is shopping around, practice opening end of April. Knows a bit about SEO and Adwords. Looking for custom design for good SEO. Urbandale i am optimistic but no guarantees which dr understands. Went over our design process, ownership (dr wants this just in case he wants to host on his own), social media (gave dr recommendations on the use of social media which dr really liked my idea vs auto-post like other companies boast and charge extra for). Overall had a great phone call, dr will review a few more company before committing, will make a decision in about a week. CALL to finalize in 1 week. Sent dr G+ Review, Google Developer test, example of a recently launched chiro site and examples of clients of ours on 1st page organically for chiro in similar demographic. HOT HOT LEAD

had a lengthy ph conf with dr. Basically comparing us with ChiroMarketing360. They are offering $1,100/m for 6 months contract after that drops down to $150/year just for hosting. They are include custom web, seo, adwords ($600 worth), social media ads, 2 blogs per month, reputaion management, social posting, analytics through their dashboard and many more. I basically told him i will match their offer of $1,100/m with all those features. Money is a factor cause its a new practice so with original proposal of $4,000 initial cost, it was a lot. At this point, he will think about and get back to me. He said he will call me regardless on his decision.

Hey Danny, In talking to another company they gave me averages on what they see as far as how many new patients come into the office each week. Do you have a way to do estimate the same? Have you heard back from any clients about that? This company uses templates which I don't particularly like, but they said they have so many that it doesn't ever cause problems with being seen as a duplicate on google. What do you think about that? Also could you touch on directories? They said they link you to over 100 directories.
