    Sorry but not once was I ever told you were charging in the first place as I specifically told you guys we would need your website maintenance. You guys have been billing me for a service you have not been performing nor even was it possible to perform… I was very clear you guys were not hosting and you never have hosted the live website so there is no reason you guys should have initiated the charges in the first place as I did not authorize our website maintenance and sent emails to you stating such. I expect to be reimbursed for the charges you guys improperly charged me or we will go to the credit card company to dispute….

    Awefully underhanded for you guys to charge web site maintenance for a website you never ever maintained in the first place so there should have been no reason for me to cancel.

    1) We like our current logo and want to keep it the same

    2) Is it possible for the header to be dark text with lighter background? That part would just seem to pop better

    3) Overall colors look good

    4) Things that sell our practice, and the emergency info link, can we get that above page fold?the highlights of office, monthly drawings/contest, choosing movies in each chair, sedations, etc.. those type of practice sellers it would be nice they see those without having to scrool

    5) The city landscape looks good for main page but on the other pages it might be too busy if we used the large superheroes as well as the city scape… maybe smaller city scape in background or clouds or something of the sort? Your thoughts?

    Here is a concept that my team and I were able to come up with.

    We wanted to make sure to have the layered paper effect that you seemed to be keen on with your own site and the example you provided.

    While I suggested we steer clear of red, we did want to use it to help tie in your logo to the color scheme. Let me know what you think!

    Could we see another rendition with a white header and dark text for the categories? I prefer and think it is easier to read and has a better feel than dark text on light versus reverse text. -Overall colors feel good -Not enamored with the city as we aren't really city here makes a little sense with the super heroes above the skyline but do you have another idea as the city scene doesn't really say anything about us or tie into our practice at all -Think things that sell our practice/builds relationships/or point out what makes us cool should be higher up and above the fold if possible- whatever can be done to have less scrolling to see stuff as I don't think people will be looking at stuff if they have to scroll down to it. - I agree on limiting red Dr. Milmont

    Feel free to adjust the colors. I recommended to use the red sparingly and as accent.

    As for the design, I believe they like the “paper mache” style that fishers has. Lets try to utilize that, but lay it out better.
