Called Sandra back. Extremely nice. Went over Silver & Gold. Gave her comparison of what we do vs Prosites. Gave her a lot of insight on the purpose of her specialty and her referring offices which was very much inline with her goals which i had brought up before she did. She stated she liked my knowledge in the field because of the terminologies i used and understood her targeted audience in perio.

She had mentioned our monthly rate was a bit higher than prosites but pointed out to her their hidden fees and additional service she has to pay for in the futuer if she requested them. Told her all the features she gets along with my availability to her in the future if she ever needs me for consulting.

I believe i built a very good relationship and trust with her already. She will talk to her husband and get back to me regardless. she mentioned a few times she was glad she spoke to me.
