spoke to Max, helped him understand better on "approve" and "unapproving" the reviews. Showed him how to reset his password. he will now start transferrign reviews to his listing.

responded letting him know that he does have full control over his listing if someone leaves him any reviews. he has the option to go in and delete the review which I had shown him before. Told Max that it may take up to 30 days for Google to index his listing and that its only been less than 2 weeks since it was launched. Told him his billign cycle is the 25th of each month so if like to discontinue, he can let me know by then.

Max had called. question why his listing is not visible. He assumed or thought the listing will automatically show today if some googled “lucky monkey reviews” like how Google+ and Yelp is showing. Explained to him how google works and the point of what we’re doing. He then understood. He will continue to work on getting reviews on here to optimize that listing which will take up to 30 days for indexing.

Max filled out multiple inquiry over the weekend/xmas. I called and spoke to him, very nice. seems like he’s been researching with other rep companies, many quoting him a lot of money. He understands that yelp and other reputable sites can’t be eliminated but wants to focus on having additional listing to show higher. Understands that within yelp, he will do his best also to get reviewers to push down negative and average out the ranking. He liked the idea that with this one, he has control over it if he wishes to add more which i recommend grabbing from other sites placing it on here.

He had trouble setting up his account over the weekend so i helped him set it up with him activating the link via his email. He was not able to get past the 1st registration page.

Told Max that he needs to go with the Pro Shield for his Business which is $299/initial (waived for holidays) and $99/m with the 1st 30 days free.

He doesn’t seem too computer savvy so i had sent him an email with a link to his business review page after editing his profile which he was doing while we were on the phone.

Will touch base in a few days to get CC info.
