He has 1 review that was there viewable but not anymore. I see it in the dashboard and it is approve (not unapproved) so not sure what the glitch is.

Also see the attached printscreen. It looks like a glitch too. Let me know.

Rod is working on the # of reviews that are showing at a time, you got the page right on his test. It is OK now. But, he is working on it still just so you know. The other issues are fixed.

Called Damon within 5 mins of online submission to get more details on him to setup listing.

He didn’t recall which company he had requested. Gave him our domain which he went to and recalled. He sounded a bit skeptical didn’t want to give me the name of who and also the business because he wasn’t sure what he had signed up for. Gave him a brief summary of what it entails which was a personal listing that we will optimized and the goal is to get this listing to take precedent over the negative listing.

He then gave me his name and his business, then gave me an overview of what he does and the current situation listed below:

– Author/Writer, Stock & Hedge Fund Manager
– Current situation is with the State of Washington filing charges and fining him. THey are in the 3rd round of settlement.
– a few people posted nasty stuff about the pending investigation which he felt was unfair and unjustified.
– these negative review is humuliating to him as an author and his future.
– started working with https://brandyourself.com/
– also started social media accounts
– he does understand those listings can’t be removed but his goal is to get it pushed down to page 2 and further if possible
– he talked a lot about what he does by giving me “tips” such as “i can help you make money with stocks wheter it is going up or going down, either way, you can make money”

at this point, he stated there is no risk to him and he will do anything he can and if we can get this personal listing up on 1st page, he will be gladly upgrade. Gave him a quote for $99/m and $299/m with an overview of what it entails.

Will contact him if we need additional information and will update him on the setup/progress of what’s next.

Responded to him on what needs to be done and how it takes time with Google to index the listing. Also mentioned how we are a web design company that s been doing this for over 10 years and is familiar with Google's SEO which we have many clients that we've successfully gotten on to the 1st page. Reiterated to him to have family/friends go leave reviews and mentioned for him to be active by adding reviews himself as well. Listing is new and it takes time for Google to index the site.
