I noticed that when searching for UGS, USA comes up before us. And, their pages, as you see below, “contact,” “office hours”, “staff” come up separately. What can we do to make this happen for our site? Also, our listing comes up “Knoxville General Surgeon.” In light of the Lenoir City location, should that be changed to “General Surgeon?”

Dr. Marc A. Campbell earned his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011 from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, Erie PA. He completed both his Internship and his General Surgery Residency training at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center – Horizon in Farrell PA. Dr. Campbell completed his fellowship in Surgical Critical Care at the University of Tennessee in 2017.

Also, we activated the reputation management 6 month trial a few months ago and really have not been utilizing that. We were unable to figure out how to incorporate that with some of the feedback requests we already have in place. You can go ahead and turn that off as I think it may expire in June or July anyway.

What additional information can I provide to you prior to my transition? I will walk Marcy through the website back end including how to look at our analytics. 1.) The Non Discrimination link under the address at the top of the screen is opening up blank on some computers. Using chrome on my mac the pdf opens correctly but on other mobile devices and a Dell PC with explorer the pdf opens with the filled in info being blank. I have attached the pdf again if we could possibly try to get this issue resolved. This data must be present on our website in order for us to be in compliance.

2.) Second, the website is cut off on the right hand side from some desktop computers. We are unable to see the address and link to the Non Discrimination Statement. This does not seem to be an issue on mobile devices but only on some desktops.

3.) I had requested that our logo be moved down slightly in the top image banner. As it is, the circle at the very top of our logo is cut off. If it can be moved down slightly to fully fit in the image that would be great.

Unable to forward the email to support@optimized360.com so I submitted it as a new email from my end with the revisions copied over. This was sent on Monday 10/17 and she did not receive any confirmation that her email was received.

– Adjust hero slider on home page, on smaller view ports, the images are cropped.
– The header is positioned absolutely on mobile, please remove that, it takes up half of the screen.
– Fix footer menu to stack on mobile view.
– Please adjust background image for inner pages, the background image only extends to a certain height.
i.e. For the “Our Physicians” page, the background image ends at Regan Bollig, MD.
