spoke to Marcy. She is quite familiar with the AwDA compliancy. She spoke to their legal team already and most likely will want to do this. Saw irvineendo example. Overall, she knows about the DOJ and was more wondering if this was included at the time of development. Their site was developed over 2 years ago. Marcy only took over for Christie who is no longer there so now she undrestands. Quoted her $500 + $29/m (6 months waived). She wants to do it but need to confirm with the legal team and the drs. 1.) The Non Discrimination link under the address at the top of the screen is opening up blank on some computers. Using chrome on my mac the pdf opens correctly but on other mobile devices and a Dell PC with explorer the pdf opens with the filled in info being blank. I have attached the pdf again if we could possibly try to get this issue resolved. This data must be present on our website in order for us to be in compliance.
2.) Second, the website is cut off on the right hand side from some desktop computers. We are unable to see the address and link to the Non Discrimination Statement. This does not seem to be an issue on mobile devices but only on some desktops.
3.) I had requested that our logo be moved down slightly in the top image banner. As it is, the circle at the very top of our logo is cut off. If it can be moved down slightly to fully fit in the image that would be great.
Unable to forward the email to support@optimized360.com so I submitted it as a new email from my end with the revisions copied over. This was sent on Monday 10/17 and she did not receive any confirmation that her email was received.

Good morning! We are excited to go live next Wednesday, June 1st! Here are a couple of things I would like to reiterate:
1. Yes, our desire is for Optimized 360 to host our website. My contact with our current provider is Robert Antosy robert.antosy@advicemedia.com 215-431-8938. The additional contact email I have is brighton@advicemedia.com.
2. It is crucially important there is no downtime in patient access to our portal site once the new site is launched. I just want to triple check this will not be an issue.

Hi Marvin!
I know you thought we forgot about you but I promise we have not! I have some updates for your below but also wanted to give you a heads up on our timeline. Marcy and I spent some time talking through the initial draft you sent over and pending the changes below, we would like to present this to our doctors at a scheduled meeting on Friday, February 26th. We want to ensure they are on board with the new look and feel before you get started designing the actual site.
1. Move menu bar (phone, address menu) to top of the screen above image.
2. For the top picture that is currently the older couple, I would like this to be perhaps a photo of a group of diverse people in age, gender and ethnicity.
3. Replace “Surgical Expertise. Specialized Care” with Trusted for Trauma. Gifted for General Surgery.
4. Across the board the photos need to have more diversity in age, gender and ethnicity.
5. In the services section let’s swap “Skin and Soft Tissues” with “Endocrine Surgery”
6. Can we change out the photos for “Abdominal Surgery” and “Laparoscopic Surgery”?
7. Remove the “Testimonials” section

This client is a General Surgeon. They are loosely associated with the University of Tennessee. Here are their brand guidelines. (http://brand.utk.edu/colors/palettes/) (http://brand.utk.edu/typography/). As for secondary pallette, you can use “River” if needed.
(http://www.premiersurgical.com/) Is their competitor. They like the large landing page with the nav on the bottom if you scroll down to the point where the nav is on top, it fixes as you continue to scroll down. They like the vertical sections that most sites have with a lot of imagery. They only have facebook, do not put any other social media buttons in. Please make a patient portal button apparent.
They have a total of 9 surgeons. They are very close to their patients. They also work with their patients in helping them find ways to afford their treatment, such as adjusting payment plans to suit their lifestyle/needs.

Texted Christie this morning to confirm if she got the email per our ph call yesterday. She stated she was going to confirm because my previous email was not delivered. I had her email me yesterday so i can respond with the proposal but didn't get a response.
