Thank you. Your proposal is still on the table with us. Yes I do love the look and feel of your designs and the offer to waive the 1st four monthly fees is appreciative. It's just finding the time to sit with the doctor to go through this with him so that he can understand and digest the information and my goal. He is aware of how detrimental his current site and lack of optimization is doing to the business and know that he is in favor of upgrading. It's (and pardon my pun) like pulling teeth with him to get him to sit down with me and make a decision.
Once I can get him to commit, I can move forward with you. I will say that I wasn't in favor of the two sites that were just launched locally, but do like some of the templates that I saw on your site.

Just took some time this morning to go through your design gallery and I really like what I see. Once you see what we are currently working with you'll understand my excitement to work with you. We are a small office that has been in business for over 25 years and are looking to increase our client base. Therefore the cost for your services will be key. With that being said I see that between the cost of the Design Type @ $1,398 (2 payments of $699) and a monthly plan @ $69/mo. at the lowest will cost us $2,226.00 to design and maintain the first year and $828.00 each year thereafter for our monthly plan. Quite honestly it is a little costly for us and wonder how we can reduce those fees based on our needs. I have not looked at our spoken to another company for our web design and would like to work with you, but I have to be able to sell this to the doctor in order for us to move forward.
