Thank you for reaching out and circling back. We are continuing to develop website for deployment and hope to fully launch shortly. Once we do I’d like your perspective. The second site seems very similar to tools we’ll be utilizing on our site.

While we are engaged with another company I am happy resent this information as Dr. Tseng has physician friend that may need web development and I have few clients needing an overhaul as their business grows and one that is relocating with new branding. Noticed Dr SK the old email. Still doesn’t have a site. Sent him an email with some new plastic surgeon clients and a new client in initial design phase… showed him concept. Theresa last emailed us stating that their decision is based on our inexperience in Plastic Surgery so i hope these clients will give him more assureance.

I Ask them if they are still in the market and if we can pick up where we had left off which was the initial design process.

I work with Dr. Tseng as his business manager and thought I’d send a quick note in that we chose to go with another web developer. Please know your proposal, draft concepts and pricing made our decision very challenging as 360 became our benchmark to compare all other vendors. In the end we needed our specialty specific expertise and chose to go with a web developer in the plastic surgery niche.

I am keeping your information in case things don’t go as planned and typically we’ll need to refresh in few years with new content and new software options. I hope I may refer other clients or professionals to your service.

Hello Dr.Tseng,

Based off of our discussion I have compiled a design draft for your review. Please take a moment to review this concept and let me know of any changes you would like to see.

– Plastic Surgery (site needs to be high end, professional, personal, display accolades, experience, etc.)
– Dr ordered LOGO, SOCIAL (Facebook/Twitter/G+), Blog and Mobile too.
– I want to provide custom content for him, just let me know if it goes over 15 pages, if so, talk to me first before telling him the limitation within his package.
– Need Domain

– Agreed with dr to do 1 page concept before approving to move forward.
Below are the design references that he likes. Dr overall wants to make sure we are able to design a site that he envisions. Seems to like the Parallax feature/scrolling since this is a trademark of the other company dr was going to go with that specializes in only Plastic Surgery. Marvin, please create the concept for him by the end of the week but show him a few pages so he get the idea of how it would look like with the scroll transition. l

Dr will text me later on today to let me know when he is done with clinic then you call for the interview. please go through al the examples below to get an idea, have some feedbacks on what your opinions are as far as pros/cons of each one. Basically carry the ocnversation and give him the confidence that you’re “competent” and understands designs. Thanks!

Called Dr. Tseng on his cell. Dr was about to go see a patient but had a few minutes. Wanted a price range. Told him Gold & Platinum Package. Dr stated he was going to sign up with some company but wanted to call a few more to check out pricing and comparison. He really liked what I had explained to him as far as how competitive we are and the advantages of us vs others. Dr asked for me to send the info over and he will want to call me this afternoon around 1pm when he gets to the other office so he can possibly have a ph conf with the office manager and make a decision today with us or the other company. Dr. stated that he liked design concepts from other company’s that he saw which I had assured him it is part of the design process where we will get references to come up with a concept for him that he will have full control ove. Sent Dr Tseng an email with all the details of what i went over over the phone and also included other info that would help him make a decision.
