Per your request, aside from everything in which Danny had placed into perspective for you, below is a small recap of your conversation with him.

As Danny has addressed, our client IrvineEndodontics (previous email) is currently paying $3,000/m for marketing.
One month she spent $2,600 and got 600 clicks and the previous month $2,200 and 600 clicks. The market is constantly changing so it needs to be constantly monitored — as oppose to “allocating” a specific amount per month.
Our client, she’s been doing it for 3 years now without any interruption so it has been working out for her as you can see.
I understand that the other company says they are more transparent by saying they would take $1,000 for themselves and $2,000 towards your marketing campaign but as you can see, you can not allocate a certain budget per month. $2,000 divided within 30 Days equals $66/day for marketing… what if by 12 o’clock in the afternoon you have exhausted that $66 for that day? Your campaign will then be shut off until the next day!
With that being said, you need constant monitoring and adjustments as addressed above.
Marketing360 spends a lot of money on marketing and advertising to get their name out there but in turn… charge YOU, the client, to make up for it.
We are more like a mom and pop (build a good relationship and familiarization with our clients) but we are big as well in which we have clients all over the US, Canada, and Mexico.
Another big example, is that we are dental focused and familiar in your area of specialty. Marketing360 is mainly marketing so they won’t understand healthcare professionals like we do.
The owner & founder of our company himself is actually a dentist — so we understand you.
Marketing is a two step process. Once the patient finds your website through the marketing, the marketing job is now done. It is a matter of your website, CONVERTING that potential patient.
Our philosophy is that, if you have a lot of traffic coming to your website (invests in a lot for marketing) but your website is not up to par… you will not get the conversion!
