i was checking in to see where we left off with Farmington Valley Dermatology and Surgery. I wanted to see if things were still in limbo and i wanted to get the ball rolling again

Spoke to Joel. He was dreading my call because he knows they have not been active with the site. Asked him what the issue was, half the group likes it half the group doesnt. He personally feels that its hard to navigate and when logged into CP the button didn’t work. He wants to make a decision because they’ve waste a year of not doing anything to the site.

Sent him new login credentials and requested that he calls me to walk through the website. Also asked about other people’s opinions to see if there’s anything we can do to marry the two ideas.

Client’s site is already approved and developed.

i thought that is what we agreed on in the start and that is why we chose this style of website. when we first started looking at the landing page we talked a lot about how we were doing two the derm and the spa and i even sent the break down of how we wanted. and the bubbles and everything. so it will cost us more to use the exact same landing page with different bubbles. it isnt a whole new creation. only the words on the bubbles need to be changed.

For the portal, have the dermatology link go to the dermatology services. Have the spa go the the “homepage”.

also i gave you the break down of pages and how we wanted it to be . such as each service having its own page so we could build a robust site.

I will be sending over a different welcome to our practice for this med spa page. do you have the design for the medical side. and the only thing about the open page was if you thought the words looked okay in that order or if they should go small big small.

Good Morning Betzy,

The Spa circle looks okay the way it is. As far as the Dermatology section, maybe we can put skin screenings under dermal fillers. In general it is organized by order of “importance” If most of their clients come in for say, Laser Skin Rejuvenation, then we would want that to be first.

As for the medical side, the process was to approve the spa page to develop and then copy that website and change the wording to fit the medical side.

For the wording we can really worry about that after development. As for now, if everything looks aesthetically correct, I suggest we start developing/coding the site as it can take 1-2 weeks to code and during that time we can be working on the content. We can always adjust the wording. Please let me know if you want to proceed to development!

This client is a dermatologist and cosmetic practice. (fvderm.com) Their logo is subject to change and they are very open to colors. However, lets try to have a lavender highlight/accent.

Overall they want a clean and modern design with a heavy emphasis on high contrast large imagery.

They LOVE this site (http://www.westlakedermatology.com/)

Please go light and not dark for this client.

For their site structure, please make 3 drafts/pages overall for one design. (http://gym-spa.com/) They want a portal and one site to be mainly cosmetic/spa and the other site to be dermatologist.

Again, the logo is subject to change. If you feel it detracts from the overall aesthetic, feel free to ditch it.

They definitely like (http://www.westlakedermatology.com/). The doctors aren’t married to their logo or their colors. They understand that it makes their site heavy. Willing to go white with lavender accents.
