    “I have come to like Dr. Ng. Getting a Crohn’s diagnosis was very difficult to hear. Dr. Ng and I talked about it at length each time we met.

    She is reserved but at the same time, concerned and interested in what I have to say. Some people might have a difficult time with her quiet reserve, but I find it calming in an otherwise situation that is stressful enough. She was very proactive and put me on Humira as soon as she felt it was the proper thing to do.
    When I have labs done, she reaches out to let me know the results and if we have to change meds or not.
    We always conclude the office visit with Dr. Ng telling me to call if there is a problem or if I have questions.
    The office staff is welcoming, friendly and one woman in particular always remembers my name even if it’s been a while since I’ve been there – wish I could remember her name :(.

    We’re hoping to have the website go live this coming week. The website looks good but there are a few final edits. I went in and made some changes but there are some that require more sophisticated coding that I hope you can help with.

    1) For the Home Page slide show, we wanted to alternative the pictures of couples/group photo (with “Book An Appointment” link”) with the blue anatomy man picture (with link to procedure instructions) and the Rotunda building picture (with link to building directions).
    2) Can you change color of text (maybe bold them too?) in the slide show so that they contrast more with the photos?
    3) We need to change the photo of the blue anatomy man since we did not purchase the rights to this image. Maria – what it the update on this?

    Maria – I know you wanted to change the wording under the Insurance and Payment section. Do you have a draft? I can help edit if you send me what you want the section to say.

Please try to refresh your page and if it is still not what you are referring to, please supply me with a screenshot so I understand what you are seeing. 2. I would recommend either white or a darker blue to help stay within your brand colors. 3. Maria sent me one, but I resent her a few options I felt worked better since we wanted it to be full width The image you have is cropped in a fashion where it will be hard to make it full width horizontally -- see where the arms cut off. Additionally, the image is very dark and more importantly has a lot of stark contrast that clashes with the website design.     On the Procedures and Testing page, we have updated the prep information for the Upper Endoscopy and the Colonoscopy. Please use the current ones attached.

    On the same page, I am also attaching prep information for other procedures, so if you can add links that say “Please click here if you are scheduled for _______________” for all the documents I send.

    On the same page, where it says “Directions to East Bay Endosurgery Center”, please replace what is there with the “driving directions” handout that I am sending.

    They like the blue you did with the banner. They want to replace the building image with the image of the actual building (fw’d to you) and have the background the same way as the xray. She said she wanted a green so that it stands out.

    Hi Susie,

    Here is a revised copy of the draft. I will also upload it on CP for our reference.

    At the header I added a patient portal button. In the navigation bar I added a “Contact Us” link that would function as the directions to get to your practice, like you mentioned.

    I went ahead and just took the team picture you guys have on your website for now. We can definitely change it if we have an updated image.

    I really wanted to incorporate the images you gave me of the square, luckily you weren’t a fan of the sleeping woman.

    The logo is now larger, we can always have the shrink effect added later during development. I will keep this in mind.

    The services section is no more, although I do recommend having it.

    I kept the individual physician section in because without that section and without the services section, the homepage would look somewhat bare. We can add the same team members in the team photo in this section as well. It’s a lot more interactive than clicking their names in the team photo.

    Hi Sachit,

    This client (eastbaygi.com) is a GI speciality. They like the design we did for Gate (gategi.com).

    In general, please keep to the color scheme of their logo. They are in the East Bay area, try to use some imagery of the “East Bay Bridge”. They want something more organized, clean and bright. They like long scrolling/sectioned layout like Gate. Please have a section for reviews as they have very good review ratings. Other design aspects they like are something like this page (http://www.msgastrodocs.com/about-us/our-doctors). So they are very interested in animation/movement.

    Try to include how they are a compassionate practice. Try not to go too fancy, but still keep contemporary as they are located in a dense metro area.

    – dr originally found us through 1 of our client who is their competitor www.GateGI.com – lets try to focus on designing this site to be better esthetically than our current client. Wants to stay competitive.

    – Current site does not have content for their procedures so we will need to link them to what we have and order some if needed.
    – Has Patient portal (dr understands that this works independent of the design so it will be carried over).
