Can you please update our homepage with the attached? It is a Limelight link so the patients can schedule their appointment. This would be in place of the Book an Appointment.

Dr. Ebaugh called and left me a message to introduce me to Chris (new office manager he had told me prior that will be in charge of marketing).
Called and spoke to Chris. He has background in Google Adwords and understands the effectiveness of it along with the details of the campaign. It basically was aligned with what he knows. He’s been in dentistry only the last 2 years but prior adword management
Emailed chris the analytic report I had sent dr. ebaugh. Recommended to start with at least $1,000/m and then increase which he agrees. He will disc with dr and get back to me to start.

Forms on in the website folder under assets. I believe there should be 8? of them.

Marvin, can we try to get a font with a serif for the top left near the logo? Can you match the blue of the logo for this text as well?

Where it says “where everyone smiles” the font is in two different colors. Can you match the blue in the logo for this?

We liked having the menu tabs along the top, instead of a menu drop down.

Can you guys proof read the text on the main page below the rotating images? There seem to be a few typos.

The image next to the review on the main page looks skewed/distorted/stretched.

The “team” tab, is it easy to update the pictures here? There are a few of the old owner on there that we’ll need to remove.

The “promotions” tab, can you remove that promo image? It has old fees that I don’t want published when we go live.

“patient forms” we still need to forward these to you so you can place them on the website.

Can you make the “book an appointment” text a link directly to the “contact” page?

For the “contact” tab, we would like all of the contact fields to be required information.

Will we be able to re-write and update the text on the website ourselves after it’s published? Under the welcome to northpark family dental, we’d like to have that re-written, but for the time being it looks like the word “ensure” is misspelled as “ensue”.
Can you guys re-write the text for that or is that something we need to do?

My assumption is that the map on the page is interactive, is that correct? As well as the facebook, twitter and google plus buttons?

I know we asked for a hispanic woman on the page, but it will still rotate through multiple images, correct?

The “book an appointment” up top, is that going to allow them to book an appt through the website? How will this notify our staff? We currently use solution reach for our patient relation management stuff, if that helps at all? It would be nice to have it tie in to that in some way.

The pages listed up top “home”, “team”, “office” etc. you guys will be designing those soon as well, right?

The client testimonials, will those update somehow? Will there be a way for us to update those testimonials as new ones come in?

Basically wants a simple and clean and bright design.

I would suggest using blues/whites to help tie in their logo. The typeface of their logo is okay to adjust if needed.

A cityscape of austin would be great to have as well.

Client basically wants the visitor to click into the site to find out more info such as services.

Does not like a cluttered site.

Dr wanted to have ownership just in case we go out of business that he has the files. He wants us to manage it cause its too much work but its for the “what-ifs”

Dr. Ebaugh called me. Been talking to his wife for the past 3 months. His wife had originally stated he had signed up with WEO Media during my last followup. Told her that it was a mistake to go with them, showed her data to compare us vs them and also how a lot of clients have switched over to us from them. Seems like she spoke to her husband to change his mind with WEO Media hence why he is calling me.

Dr was looking for both web and marketing (ppc & seo). Went over how PPC and SEO works. Recommended dr to focus on PPC with a min budget of $1,000. Showed him SPYFU of one of his competitors that is spending around $1,000 to $2,000/m. He is outside of Austin.
Went over the Gold package per my proposal i had for his wife. Dr stated that it was higher than WEO Media. asked dr what his budget was, he stated that they did 6 payments (didn’t tell me how much they quoted him). I told him i can accommodate him with 6 payments. Dr request to send over the proposal to review with his partner. Hot reactivated lead.
