had a 30 min ph call with Govind. conclusion is to focus 5 miles at $600/m to include Google and Bing. ($500 google + $100 bing). He has extensive background on Google Ad already but willing to give us a try to see if it makes a difference. he asked for recommendation on how to gauge performance which i had told him to track at the office from the sources. Also pointed out tracking production for each new patient so you can figure out where to allocate marketing resources. will start soon.

Had a lengthy ph call from Govind to clarify a few questions. he currently has ADword he is doing but it is not effective and has no time. Current site was developed through squarespace by him. He needs a lot of help with SEO and the AD Campaign. Suggested to change design so we can handle everythign but on a budget and he likes his current site since his patients compliment it. I told him those are current patients, what about prospective patients? which he agreed and understood my point and the purpose of have better online visibility. For now, he wants help with content focus page which he is lacking and it will help with the quality score for the landing page when we manage his ad campaign. I had sent him in email with an outline of my suggestions to review.

responded letting him know for his practice address.. it is $100/m per mile. Recommended to do $500/m to cover 5 miles. Told him in comparison to Dallas for $500/m, those drs are only getting away with 1-2 miles for that same amount. Told him to expand out at most 7-8 miles cause he's a GP, for specialists, they can go further out.
