Had a scheduled ph conf with Shauna who is a marketing consultant for a client she doesn’t’ want to disclose yet. Gave me an overview that their targeted audience are the baby boomers who has joint issues. Currently has about 11 locations throughout the US and will be adding about 10 more. Wants site to be SEO optimized cause competition is very low. Understands web and understands a bit about SEO. This specialty is very similar to chiro and orthopedic cause they deal with pain. I told her her targeted audience are usually senior citizen homes and love ones searching and not necessarily the patients. She agreed. Wants a company that understands healthcare and site that are navigational which i assured her well beyond what she had mentioned which she liked.
My recommendation for her is to not have all the locations on 1 site but to have a parent site, then direct them externally to each respective location sites which will definitely help with SEO vs all in 1 and doing this route is easily scaleable in the future.
We would create 2 design (parent and location design). location will be similar to the parent to keep the branding but will be duplicating it in the future for all new locations. This will cut cost down. She liked the idea. Sent her an email so she can review with the client and will get back to me next monday.
